Jobgether is a Belgian recruitment platform built entirely around remote and flexible work, aggregating openings from thousands of employers that allow work from outside an office. Its matching engine ranks roles against a candidate's skills, seniority and stated preferences on location and flexibility, rather than leaving people to filter a keyword search, and it verifies how genuinely remote each posting is. The company also runs an AI screening layer that shortlists applicants for employers, and publishes research and guidance on distributed work practices alongside the job marketplace itself.

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Associate, Recruitment & Admissions - Career Accelerator based in United States.

The Associate, Recruitment & Admissions supports the successful enrollment and onboarding of learners across a growing portfolio of technical career training programs. This role manages an assigned portfolio from offer acceptance through program start, ensuring learners complete key milestones and are fully prepared to begin. You will serve as a trusted point of contact, using proactive communication to maintain engagement and remove barriers throughout the enrollment journey. The position combines learner relationship management, pipeline coordination, data accuracy, and operational execution. Working across admissions, instruction, operations, product, curriculum, and other teams, you will help ensure cohorts launch successfully and enrollment goals are achieved. This is an opportunity to contribute directly to economic mobility while building expertise in admissions, enrollment management, and learner success within a mission-driven, distributed environment.

Accountabilities:

    • Manage an assigned portfolio of accepted learners from offer acceptance through enrollment and program start, ensuring each learner progresses through required milestones and remains engaged throughout the onboarding journey.
    • Guide learners through enrollment requirements, including seat acceptance, agreements, documentation, technology readiness, employment verification, payment verification, and other program commitments.
    • Conduct proactive outreach through phone, email, SMS, and virtual meetings to maintain learner momentum, answer questions, communicate deadlines, and ensure learners understand upcoming requirements and next steps.
    • Build trusted relationships with diverse learners and provide responsive, empathetic support while identifying and resolving barriers that could prevent or delay successful enrollment.
    • Monitor individual learner progress against established deadlines, proactively intervene when milestones are at risk, and escalate issues that require additional support or cross-functional intervention.
    • Manage learner pipelines to support enrollment, seat-fill, and cohort-readiness targets, participating in regular pipeline reviews and identifying trends, gaps, risks, and opportunities for intervention.
    • Maintain accurate and timely learner records, pipeline statuses, activity notes, milestones, barriers, and next steps in Salesforce and other relevant systems.
    • Execute established admissions and enrollment workflows, contribute to data integrity and reporting, and identify discrepancies or process issues that may affect learner or cohort outcomes.
    • Collaborate with Admissions & Enrollment, Instructional, Operations, Product, Curriculum, and other teams to communicate learner readiness, address emerging issues, and support successful cohort launches.
    • Share recurring learner feedback, barriers, and insights with relevant stakeholders to inform improvements to communications, programs, systems, and enrollment processes.
    • Contribute to process improvements, workflow enhancements, special projects, and operational initiatives designed to strengthen the learner experience and improve enrollment outcomes.
    • Requirements:

      • 1-3 years of experience in admissions, enrollment, recruiting, customer success, inside sales, student services, workforce development, or a comparable customer-facing role is preferred.
      • Experience managing a portfolio, pipeline, caseload, or group of customers or learners, with the ability to organize multiple relationships and follow-ups while maintaining consistent service levels.
      • Demonstrated ability to build rapport quickly, proactively engage individuals, establish trust, and work toward measurable goals or performance targets.
      • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain requirements, deadlines, processes, and next steps clearly to learners from diverse backgrounds.
      • Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and sound judgment, particularly when supporting individuals through challenging situations or addressing barriers to enrollment.
      • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage competing priorities, maintain accurate records, follow established workflows, and meet time-sensitive deadlines.
      • Experience with Salesforce, CRM platforms, student information systems, applicant tracking systems, or similar workflow and relationship-management technologies is preferred.
      • Comfortable using data and technology to monitor pipelines, maintain accurate information, identify risks, and execute structured operational processes.
      • Goal-oriented, accountable, dependable, and proactive, with a willingness to take ownership of learner issues and follow them through to resolution.
      • Adaptable and improvement-oriented, with the ability to identify opportunities to strengthen processes, systems, communications, and learner experiences.
      • Collaborative and effective in a distributed, cross-functional environment, with the ability to communicate learner needs and operational risks across multiple teams.
      • Mission-driven and motivated by the opportunity to advance economic mobility through education, technical training, and workforce development.
      • Candidates should be comfortable working remotely and collaborating across a distributed organization.
      • Benefits:

        • $45,000-$50,000 annual salary, with compensation determined in part by geographic location, qualifications, and experience.
        • More than 40 days of potential paid time off annually for eligible full-time employees through a combination of holidays, vacation, and wellness hours.
        • 22 paid holidays annually, including a week off around Independence Day and a week before the New Year.
        • Wellness hours for sick, safe, or personal needs, plus vacation accrual that increases with tenure.
        • Comprehensive medical coverage with multiple plan options through Cigna or Kaiser Permanente where available.
        • Health Reimbursement Account with reimbursement of eligible out-of-pocket expenses up to $4,000 for individuals and $8,000 for families.
        • Dental and vision insurance, with employer-paid dental and vision premiums for employees who waive medical coverage.
        • 401(k) retirement plan with a current 100% employer match on contributions up to 6%, with eligibility and full vesting after 90 days.
        • Employer-paid life and AD&D insurance and short-term disability coverage, with options for additional life and long-term disability insurance.
        • Employee Assistance Program providing confidential, 24/7 counseling, legal, and financial support for employees and household members.
        • Up to 6 weeks of fully paid parental leave for eligible employees.
        • Flexible Spending Accounts for healthcare, dependent care, and commuting expenses.
        • Voluntary benefits including accident, critical illness, hospital indemnity, legal services, and pet insurance.
        • Healthcare concierge services, financial wellness resources, and employee discount programs.
        • Tuition reimbursement and access to e-learning and ongoing professional development programs.
        • Fully remote work environment with flexibility designed to support distributed collaboration and work-life balance.
        • Opportunity to contribute to accessible technical education and workforce development while helping learners move toward high-growth career opportunities.
