Accountabilities
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients through professional and personable virtual interactions.
Conduct secure virtual consultations and provide clear guidance based on clients’ needs and circumstances.
Communicate information about available life, accident, and supplemental health coverage in a clear and approachable manner.
Manage appointments, follow-ups, documentation, and client communications effectively in a fully remote environment.
Deliver a consistently high level of client service while maintaining professionalism, responsiveness, and attention to detail.
Participate in required training, coaching sessions, virtual meetings, and ongoing professional development activities.
Work toward performance objectives while developing strong relationship-management and communication skills.
