This is a strategic leadership role supporting the Vice President of Growth and Partner Marketing and the broader leadership team.
You will help shape priorities, goals, planning, and execution across a globally distributed organization.
The role combines strategic advisory work, operational leadership, executive communications, and cross-functional program management.
You will lead high-impact initiatives that span multiple functions and require strong collaboration across organizational boundaries.
You will also help improve operating models, streamline processes, and strengthen team effectiveness and communication.
Working closely with senior leaders and stakeholders, you will bring structure to complex problems and help turn business objectives into measurable outcomes.
This fully remote opportunity is designed for an experienced strategic partner who can operate with autonomy, influence, and sound judgment in a global technology environment.
Accountabilities:
- Partner with the Vice President to plan and facilitate executive meetings, workshops, strategy sessions, and organizational reviews, including agendas, discussion flow, notes, action items, and follow-up.
- Design and guide outcome-oriented meetings focused on strategy, team effectiveness, organizational priorities, and strategic decision-making.
- Support annual goal setting and define team OKRs, tracking progress and reporting results on a quarterly basis.
- Help lead the annual budget and planning process, ensuring alignment between team priorities and broader organizational objectives.
- Lead cross-functional programs and strategic projects from conception through completion, including initiatives that extend beyond the immediate team.
- Coordinate with Marketing, Engineering, Product Management, HR, Finance, and other functions to ensure successful execution of priorities and initiatives.
- Develop executive-level briefing materials, presentations, reports, and other communications for internal and external audiences.
- Manage internal communications for the team and broader organization, ensuring information is clear, timely, and aligned.
- Provide high-level operational and administrative support, including budget management and vendor invoicing.
- Build strong relationships with senior executives, cross-functional stakeholders, and external partners while serving as a liaison between leadership and the wider organization.
- Act as a trusted advisor by providing insight and analysis on operations, key decisions, and business priorities, and represent leadership in selected meetings when needed.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, streamline processes, implement best practices, and strengthen organizational effectiveness.
- Frame complex problems and develop structures or models that help stakeholders understand key decisions, trade-offs, and potential solutions.
- Support strategic programs involving business processes, annual planning, strategic visioning, product development, roadmapping, prototyping, and related best practices.
- Collaborate with other Chiefs of Staff and cross-functional leaders to strengthen organizational alignment, share best practices, and advance broader business goals.
- Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to team members while contributing to team culture, engagement, and morale initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- 8+ years of experience serving as a strategic partner, leading large programs across teams or organizations, and managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
- 3-5+ years of leadership experience is a plus.
- Previous experience in the technology industry and within a global organization is required.
- Knowledge of sales and marketing is preferred.
- Strong strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate business objectives into clear and actionable strategies.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to develop compelling messages for diverse audiences.
- Versatility, initiative, and a team-oriented approach, with the ability to establish credibility and build relationships quickly across functions and organizational levels.
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and guide individuals at all levels of the organization.
- Sound judgment and discretion when handling business-sensitive information.
- Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities in complex and fast-moving environments.
- U.S.-based starting base salary of $124,000-$222,640, with offers determined by experience and geographic location and potentially exceeding this range.
