Jobgether is a Belgian recruitment platform built entirely around remote and flexible work, aggregating openings from thousands of employers that allow work from outside an office. Its matching engine ranks roles against a candidate's skills, seniority and stated preferences on location and flexibility, rather than leaving people to filter a keyword search, and it verifies how genuinely remote each posting is. The company also runs an AI screening layer that shortlists applicants for employers, and publishes research and guidance on distributed work practices alongside the job marketplace itself.

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Local Area Field Admissions Rep based in United States.

This is a field-based admissions and relationship-building role focused on connecting motivated prospective students with technical education opportunities.

You will work closely with a local campus to build awareness, generate interest, and develop sustainable relationships throughout an assigned territory.

The role combines community outreach, student recruitment, presentations, events, sales, and partnership development.

You will engage with high schools, educators, counselors, dealerships, industry employers, and other community stakeholders.

A strong customer-focused and outgoing communication style will be essential for creating meaningful connections and motivating prospective students.

You will work independently in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment while managing a highly active schedule and extensive travel.

The role offers the opportunity to make a direct impact on students' educational and career decisions while building strong connections within the local community.

Accountabilities:

    • Spend at least 50% of working hours directly supporting the local campus by developing and executing territory strategies that increase awareness and interest in technical education programs.
    • Build and strengthen relationships with dealerships, industry partners, high schools, counselors, principals, educators, and other community stakeholders.
    • Organize and participate in open houses, STEM events, Future Tech events, employment events, college and high school fairs, seminars, and other admissions activities.
    • Conduct campus tours, presentations, educator and counselor seminars, financial aid workshops, and other activities designed to engage prospective students.
    • Network with industry employers and educational organizations to increase awareness of technical education and career opportunities.
    • Conduct informative and professional in-home interviews while using technical knowledge and communication skills to understand prospective students' interests and needs.
    • Maintain accurate customer relationship management records and ensure consistent follow-up with prospective students.
    • Maintain strong knowledge of available programs, financing options, and relevant career opportunities to answer questions and address prospective student concerns effectively.
    • Identify prospective students whose skills, interests, motivation, and goals indicate that the programs may be a strong fit, while using responsible judgment when assessing enrollment suitability.
    • Track key business activity, including travel, visits, inquiries, and other relevant performance data, in accordance with established procedures.
    • Follow all applicable compliance requirements, regulatory standards, organizational policies, and established procedures.
    • Contribute to additional admissions, outreach, and territory initiatives as needed.
    • Requirements:

      • High school diploma or GED is required, while a bachelor's degree is a plus.
      • 3-5 years of sales experience is preferred, along with experience in public speaking and knowledge of the relevant industry or local community.
      • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to deliver engaging presentations and communicate effectively with diverse audiences.
      • Strong sales, presentation, customer service, relationship-building, and interpersonal skills.
      • Self-motivated and able to work independently while remaining focused on measurable results.
      • Strong analytical, organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills, with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced and changing environment.
      • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other general business technologies, including phone interviewing, Skype, and similar communication tools.
      • Ability to analyze and report data accurately and maintain thorough records.
      • Ability to work effectively within a highly regulated environment and consistently follow established policies and procedures.
      • Ability to build credibility and maintain productive relationships with students, educators, counselors, employers, and community partners.
      • Ability to travel 90% or more of the time, including navigating airports and flying to locations within the assigned territory.
      • Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 30 pounds for up to 25% of the workday and perform occasional stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling.
      • Ability to stand for extended periods during presentations and perform keyboard and other manual tasks for prolonged periods.
      • Ability to maintain the concentration, communication, reasoning, and learning capabilities required throughout the workday.
      • Benefits:

        • Pay range of $75,000-$85,000.
        • Health, vision, and dental insurance coverage for employees and dependents.
        • Health plan eligibility beginning on the first day of the month following completion of one full month of employment.
        • Paid time off programs covering vacation, sick, and flexible time.
        • Retirement plan with a 50% match on the first 6% of employee contributions after 90 days.
        • Four weeks of paid parental leave for both birthing and non-birthing parents.
        • Pet insurance through ASPCA.
        • Tuition waiver for employees and immediate family members after six months of employment.
        • Santa Ana territory assignment with a home-office environment and primarily indoor work, with some outdoor activities as required.
        • Extensive field exposure and opportunities to build relationships across educational, community, and industry networks.
