Consultor(a) SAP SD PL

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Consultor(a) SAP SD PL based in Brazil.

This is a mid-level SAP SD consulting opportunity focused on supporting projects, process improvements, and technical-functional solutions.

You’ll work across SAP SD processes, helping translate business needs into effective system configurations and development specifications.

The role combines stakeholder engagement, requirements gathering, troubleshooting, and hands-on SAP technical knowledge.

You’ll contribute to solutions involving Brazilian fiscal processes such as NF-e, CT-e, and NFS-e.

Strong familiarity with ABAP-related technologies will be important for analyzing and supporting integrations, enhancements, and custom developments.

Accountabilities

• Support SAP SD projects and continuous improvement initiatives, contributing to the analysis, design, and implementation of solutions.
• Map business processes and gather requirements from stakeholders to understand operational needs and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
• Work on configurations and development specifications related to NF-e, CT-e, and NFS-e processes.
• Analyze and troubleshoot SAP system issues, including identifying and treating ABAP dumps using ST22.
• Perform process checks and investigate Update Task issues using SM13.
• Work with SAP development and integration components, including BAPIs, RFCs, Update Tasks, BADIs, User Exits, and BTEs.
• Support the development and maintenance of ALV reports, batch inputs, and native SQL/EXEC SQL solutions.
• Work with SAPScript and/or SmartForms for document and form-related requirements.
• Apply object-oriented development concepts through ABAP OO, classes, and Module Pool.
• Work with the ABAP Dictionary, including data elements, domains, tables, indexes, views, and search helps.
• Manage and work with data maintenance views using SM30 and SM34.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to ensure solutions address business requirements effectively.

Requirements

• Degree completed or in progress in Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Previous experience working on SAP SD projects and process improvements.
• Experience with business process mapping and requirements gathering alongside stakeholders.
• Knowledge of ALV reports, native SQL (EXEC SQL), and batch inputs.
• Experience with BAPIs, RFC functions, and Update Tasks.
• Knowledge of BADIs, User Exits, and BTEs.
• Experience with SAPScript and/or SmartForms.
• Knowledge of ABAP Object-Oriented development (ABAP OO), classes, and Module Pool.
• Practical knowledge of the ABAP Dictionary, including data elements, domains, tables, indexes, views, and search-help objects.
• Experience with data maintenance views through SM30 and SM34.
• Ability to analyze system errors and troubleshoot ST22 dumps and SM13 Update Task issues.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to understand complex business processes.
• Good communication and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• SAP SD certification is considered an advantage.
