This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a CRM & Operations Analyst based in United States.
The CRM & Operations Analyst will own the day-to-day health of the CRM and the operational processes that keep a growing sales organization running efficiently. This hands-on individual contributor role focuses on maintaining clean, reliable data, strengthening sales workflows, and delivering reporting that leaders can trust. You will administer Zoho CRM, build automations, support pipeline and forecasting activities, and help ensure processes scale as the sales team grows. The role works closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Customer Success, and Sales Operations to maintain continuity across the customer lifecycle. You will also turn sales data into actionable insights, identifying trends and process gaps and recommending improvements rather than simply reporting metrics. This is an opportunity to join a fast-moving environment where the sales operations function is still being built and where your work can have a direct impact on efficiency and decision-making. The position is fully remote and based in the United States.
Accountabilities:
- Own the day-to-day administration of Zoho CRM, including user and role management, workflow and automation configuration, field and layout changes, and third-party integrations.
- Develop new CRM automations that support increasing deal volume and improve sales and marketing efficiency, including the effective use of AI tools.
- Maintain CRM data integrity through deduplication, validation rules, routine audits, and other quality-control processes.
- Document CRM configurations, workflows, and processes to create repeatable practices as the sales organization scales.
- Support pipeline management, sales forecasting, quota tracking, and other core sales operations activities.
- Support deal desk and approval workflows by tracking deal terms, monitoring approvals, and flagging exceptions to Sales Operations and Finance.
- Manage lead routing and territory assignment rules in collaboration with Marketing and Sales leadership.
- Process post-sale deals and coordinate accurate handoffs to Finance and Customer Success.
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports covering pipeline health, funnel conversion, quota attainment, and other key sales performance indicators.
- Prepare recurring reporting for sales leadership and conduct ad hoc analysis to address board- and leadership-level questions.
- Identify trends, data-quality issues, and process breakdowns and bring forward practical recommendations for improvement.
- Partner with Marketing on lead handoffs and campaign tracking within the CRM.
- Collaborate with Customer Success and Finance to maintain accurate renewal and account information as opportunities transition into the post-sale lifecycle.
- Serve as a day-to-day point of contact for sales representatives with CRM questions, requests, and operational needs.
- Cross-train with Sales Operations on order form and contract generation, leadership and board collateral, sales onboarding, and sales training.
- 2-4 years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, CRM administration, business analysis, data analysis, or a related function.
- Hands-on CRM administration experience with Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot, or a comparable CRM platform; direct Zoho experience is strongly preferred.
- Experience in a B2B SaaS environment is preferred, particularly within a growth-stage or private-equity-backed organization.
- Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills, with the ability to build and maintain dashboards using tools such as Zoho Analytics, Looker, Tableau, or Power BI.
- Strong attention to detail and a consistent focus on maintaining accurate, clean, and trustworthy data.
- Process-oriented mindset with the ability to document, evaluate, and improve workflows rather than simply execute existing processes.
- Comfortable working independently in a small, fast-moving operations team where processes and systems are continuing to evolve.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- SQL and lead-flow experience are valuable but not required.
- Experience supporting sales onboarding and training is a plus.
- Experience with deal desk or deal-approval processes is preferred.
- Familiarity with IT spend management, FinOps, Telecom Expense Management (TEM), IT Financial Management (ITFM), or the ServiceNow ecosystem is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Ability to work for extended periods at a desk and on a computer.
- Compensation range of $60,000-$70,000 per year.
- Fully remote position available to U.S.-based employees.
- Comprehensive health, dental, and vision benefits.
- Paid time off designed to support work-life balance and personal well-being.
- 401(k) plan with employer matching.
- Opportunity to work closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Customer Success, and Operations teams.
- Hands-on exposure to CRM administration, sales operations, analytics, automation, and AI-enabled productivity tools.
- Opportunity to help build and improve sales operations processes within a growing organization.
