This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Data Operations Analyst based in Mexico.
This is an opportunity for a detail-oriented professional to support the accurate generation, analysis, and management of product information.
You will work with operational data to produce reports, categorize products, and identify issues that may affect production quality.
The role is well suited to someone who enjoys structured work, problem-solving, and working with data in a fast-paced environment.
You will follow established operational processes while contributing ideas that can improve efficiency and the way information is managed.
The position offers exposure to data operations, reporting, product information, and technology within a collaborative, high-performance team.

Accountabilities
- Execute and maintain established operational instructions for generating service and product information under regular supervision.
- Analyze product and operational information and prepare accurate reports to support business processes.
- Categorize products according to established guidelines and data requirements.
- Identify, document, and report production errors or inconsistencies promptly.
- Follow the operational management model, procedures, quality standards, and established workflows.
- Review information carefully to identify discrepancies and help maintain data accuracy and consistency.
- Support continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to make processes more efficient or effective.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to resolve operational issues and meet deadlines.
- Provide support for special projects or initiatives as required.
- Maintain a proactive approach to learning new technologies, processes, and tools relevant to the role.
- Completed technical degree, completed bachelor's degree, or currently pursuing the final semesters of a degree in business administration, economics, engineering, computer science, information technology, or a related field.
- At least 6 months of experience working with data or information analysis.
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills, including the ability to organize, analyze, and report on information effectively.
- Intermediate English proficiency is desirable.
- Basic programming knowledge is desirable and will be considered an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately within structured processes.
- Highly motivated, self-directed, proactive, and comfortable working under tight deadlines.
