We are seeking a senior data visualization specialist to design and deliver impactful analytics experiences using Power BI and Microsoft Fabric.

The role combines advanced visualization expertise with strong knowledge of cloud platforms, data governance, and modern analytics engineering practices.

You will transform complex data into intuitive dashboards, semantic models, and insights that support strategic business decisions.

Accountabilities:

• Design and develop sophisticated data visualizations, dashboards, and analytical experiences using Power BI.
• Build and optimize semantic layers and data models to support scalable and reliable business intelligence solutions.
• Leverage Microsoft Fabric and cloud technologies to develop modern data and analytics solutions.
• Apply data visualization best practices to transform complex datasets into clear, intuitive, and actionable insights.
• Optimize Power BI reports, dashboards, models, and queries to ensure strong performance and scalability.
• Implement data governance and security best practices across visualization and analytics solutions.
• Establish and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes using Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions.
• Apply advanced testing practices, including Power BI test automation, to ensure the quality and reliability of analytical products.
• Conduct dashboard usability testing and continuously improve the user experience based on stakeholder and end-user needs.
• Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to understand analytical requirements and translate them into effective visualization solutions.
• Explore and apply AI-driven analytics capabilities to enhance insights, automation, and decision-making.

Requirements:

• Senior-level experience in data visualization, business intelligence, Power BI, and modern analytics solutions.
• Advanced English proficiency, with the ability to communicate effectively in international technical and business environments.
• Strong hands-on expertise with Power BI and data visualization principles.
• Experience with Microsoft Fabric and modern cloud-based data and analytics architectures.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure and AWS.
• Strong understanding of semantic layer design, data modeling, and analytical architecture.
• Experience with data governance, data security best practices, and enterprise analytics standards.
• Strong understanding of performance optimization for Power BI and data visualization solutions.
• Experience with DevOps practices, including Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with advanced testing frameworks and Power BI test automation.
• Experience with dashboard usability testing and user-centric visualization design.
• Understanding of AI-driven analytics and emerging technologies in the business intelligence space.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with attention to detail and a focus on delivering high-quality solutions.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
