Jobgether is a Belgian recruitment platform built entirely around remote and flexible work, aggregating openings from thousands of employers that allow work from outside an office. Its matching engine ranks roles against a candidate's skills, seniority and stated preferences on location and flexibility, rather than leaving people to filter a keyword search, and it verifies how genuinely remote each posting is. The company also runs an AI screening layer that shortlists applicants for employers, and publishes research and guidance on distributed work practices alongside the job marketplace itself.

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Digital Fundraising & Advocacy Account Supervisor based in United States.

As a Digital Fundraising & Advocacy Account Supervisor, you will lead digital fundraising, advocacy, membership, and engagement programs that help mission-driven organizations grow their supporter bases and advance meaningful causes. You will serve as a trusted client advisor, shaping strategy while overseeing the execution of complex, cross-channel digital campaigns. Your work will span email, SMS, paid advertising, organic social, websites, and other digital channels, with a strong focus on fundraising performance and supporter engagement. You will combine persuasive storytelling, data-driven decision-making, project management, and strategic thinking to improve campaign outcomes. As a senior member of client teams, you will also guide junior colleagues, strengthen internal processes, and contribute to a collaborative and inclusive working environment. This is an opportunity to apply your digital expertise to work designed to create tangible social and civic impact.

Accountabilities:

    • Develop and implement digital fundraising, advocacy, membership, and engagement strategies in collaboration with clients and internal teams.

    • Lead project management activities as needed, coordinating priorities, managing expectations, and keeping work moving across multiple contributors and teams.
    • Draft and edit compelling digital fundraising and advocacy content, including email appeals, action alerts, landing pages, website content, social media copy, advertising creative, and other campaign materials.
    • Oversee campaign launches across email and SMS platforms, managing implementation details and supporting quality assurance during high-volume periods.
    • Develop testing strategies and analyze email, web, advertising, and social campaign data to identify actionable insights and opportunities for improved performance.
    • Translate campaign results into clear recommendations and iterative strategies that can increase fundraising revenue, supporter acquisition, engagement, retention, and advocacy impact.
    • Assign, review, and support the work of junior team members, providing ongoing feedback, coaching, and professional development.
    • Develop systems and processes that improve knowledge sharing, innovation, collaboration, and digital fundraising effectiveness across teams.
    • Help foster inclusive, respectful, and collaborative team environments through thoughtful communication and leadership.
    • Maintain accurate tracking of client hours and contribute to efficient day-to-day operations and project management.
    • Support integrated digital and offline fundraising strategies, including coordination with direct mail and telemarketing efforts where appropriate.
    • Requirements:

      • 5-7 years of professional experience, including at least 5 years focused on digital fundraising.
      • Experience managing a small-dollar online fundraising program for a nonprofit or electoral campaign, or consulting on comparable programs within an agency or consulting environment.

      • Experience mentoring, coaching, or supporting the professional development of junior employees or interns.
      • Strong persuasive communication skills, with the ability to articulate strategic recommendations and expertise clearly in writing, on calls, and in presentations.
      • Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to prioritize effectively across multiple projects and competing deadlines.
      • Strong writing skills, with the ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and logically.
      • Proven ability to learn new skills and technologies quickly and adapt to evolving digital tools and campaign environments.
      • Strong project-management and problem-solving skills, including the ability to break complex initiatives into manageable steps and develop practical solutions to obstacles.
      • Proactive mindset with a willingness to identify opportunities for improvement and address potential roadblocks before they affect outcomes.
      • Strong interpersonal awareness, kindness, consideration, and commitment to inclusive collaboration.
      • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while maintaining quality and accountability.
      • Genuine passion for mission-driven work and using digital communications to create positive social change.
