This is a senior leadership role responsible for transforming marketing data into better decisions, smarter investments, and measurable business growth.
You will define the vision for marketing measurement and insights across the full customer funnel.
The role combines performance analytics, attribution, forecasting, experimentation, data governance, and executive-level storytelling.
You will lead and develop a high-performing analytics team while partnering with Marketing, Finance, Sales/Revenue Operations, Data, and Product.
Your work will establish trusted analytics products and self-service capabilities that make performance and opportunities visible across the organization.
You will also advance modern approaches such as incrementality and agentic analytics to improve the quality and speed of decision-making.

Accountabilities
- Lead and develop a high-performing Marketing Analytics team spanning measurement, insights, performance management, forecasting, attribution, analytics engineering, and decision support.
- Define and continuously evolve the marketing measurement strategy, including KPI definitions, reporting governance, funnel health metrics, channel performance, and ROI frameworks.
- Build trusted, scalable analytics products and self-service dashboards that provide marketing teams and senior leaders with timely visibility into performance, trends, and opportunities.
- Partner with Finance, Sales and Revenue Operations, Data/Engineering, Product, and Marketing leadership on planning, target setting, pipeline pacing, budget allocation, and business reviews.
- Advance attribution, incrementality, experimentation, and ROI methodologies to connect campaign and channel activity with pipeline, revenue, customer outcomes, and investment decisions.
- Establish a strong culture of insight generation by framing business questions, identifying appropriate evidence, interpreting results, communicating implications, and recommending clear actions.
- Develop data-quality, semantic-layer, documentation, and governance practices that make analytics reliable, reusable, consistent, and accessible across teams.
- Integrate marketing, web, advertising, CRM, and revenue data into trusted reporting and decision-making frameworks.
- Leverage agentic analytics and self-service capabilities to increase analytical efficiency and empower stakeholders to access and interpret insights.
- Translate complex analytical findings into concise, compelling narratives and recommendations for executives and non-technical audiences.
- Influence strategic decisions by connecting analytical insights to commercial priorities and measurable business outcomes.
- Raise the analytical capabilities of the organization through coaching, talent development, and continuous improvement of methods and practices.
- 10+ years of experience in marketing analytics, business intelligence, performance analytics, strategy, or a related discipline, including experience leading teams.
- Proven expertise in marketing measurement, attribution, forecasting, experimentation, channel and campaign performance, and ROI analysis.
- Strong SQL and data-modeling skills, with experience working across data warehouses such as Snowflake or AWS-based environments, BI and dashboarding platforms such as Tableau or Streamlit, and data-management systems such as SelectStar or Informatica.
- Demonstrated experience integrating marketing, web, advertising, CRM, and revenue data into reliable analytics and reporting frameworks.
- Strong understanding of how marketing performance data can inform pipeline, revenue, investment, and business decisions.
- Experience influencing senior stakeholders and turning complex analytical findings into clear recommendations and decisive action.
- Strong executive presence and storytelling skills, with the ability to make complex data understandable without oversimplifying important nuances or uncertainty.
- A commercially minded approach that balances methodological rigor with decision quality and measurable business impact.
- Ability to move from ambiguous business questions to structured analytical plans, actionable outputs, and clear recommendations.
- Strong collaborative leadership skills and the ability to build trusted relationships across Marketing, Finance, Sales/Revenue Operations, Data, Engineering, and Product.
- Curiosity and healthy skepticism, with a disciplined approach to testing assumptions, explaining uncertainty, and distinguishing meaningful signals from noise.
- Proven people-development capabilities and the ability to raise team performance while maintaining focus on high-value business priorities.
- Willingness to leverage emerging approaches such as agentic analytics and build scalable self-service analytics capabilities.
- Experience in a high-growth B2B SaaS or similarly complex global marketing environment is preferred.
- Base salary: $203,000-$305,000 annually, with the final offer based on job-related capabilities, applicable experience, and work location.
