This senior individual contributor role turns complex marketing data into actionable insights and business decisions.
You will lead high-impact analytics initiatives spanning performance measurement, funnel analysis, attribution, forecasting, experimentation, and ROI.
Working across Marketing and the broader go-to-market organization, you will help leaders understand performance and identify opportunities for growth.
The role combines strong technical analytics expertise with strategic thinking, commercial awareness, and compelling data storytelling.
You will build scalable reporting, metrics, dashboards, and analytical frameworks that improve visibility and enable self-service decision-making.
Success requires the ability to work independently through ambiguity while influencing technical, operational, financial, and executive stakeholders.

Accountabilities
- Lead analytics projects end-to-end, from defining business questions and sourcing data through analysis, storytelling, recommendations, and follow-through.
- Build, enhance, and maintain reporting, dashboards, analytical models, and measurement frameworks covering marketing performance, funnel health, pipeline contribution, and investment efficiency.
- Analyze channel, campaign, audience, lifecycle, website, and funnel performance to identify growth opportunities and explain changes in results.
- Support attribution, forecasting, target setting, pipeline pacing, budget planning, experimentation, and ROI analysis using rigorous methodologies and transparent assumptions.
- Partner with Marketing Operations, Finance, Sales and Revenue Operations, Data and Engineering, and functional marketing teams to strengthen data quality and improve decision-making processes.
- Develop reusable metrics, definitions, documentation, and analytical frameworks that improve consistency, scalability, and self-service across marketing teams.
- Translate complex analytical findings into concise, actionable recommendations tailored to audiences ranging from technical specialists to executive leaders.
- Mentor peers and contribute to a culture of analytical rigor, curiosity, continuous learning, and ongoing improvement of analytical methods and practices.
- 8+ years of experience in marketing analytics, business intelligence, performance analytics, strategy, or a related discipline.
- Strong SQL skills and hands-on experience working with data warehouses, analytical datasets, and business intelligence or dashboarding platforms.
- Demonstrated experience with marketing measurement, funnel analysis, attribution, forecasting, experimentation, channel performance, and/or ROI analysis.
- Experience combining and analyzing data from marketing automation, CRM, web, advertising, and revenue systems.
- Proven ability to present insights, recommendations, and business implications to senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Strategic and commercially minded approach, with the ability to connect analytical findings to measurable business outcomes.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to independently navigate ambiguity, incomplete information, and complex business questions.
- Excellent communication and data storytelling skills, including the ability to clearly explain what the data shows, what it does not show, and what actions should follow.
- Collaborative approach with the ability to build effective relationships across technical and non-technical teams.
- Strong attention to detail while maintaining focus on broader strategic objectives and business decisions.
- Experience in B2B SaaS, subscription businesses, or other multi-channel growth environments is preferred.
- Demonstrated curiosity, continuous-learning mindset, and interest in improving data products, analytical methodologies, and team practices.
- Competitive annual base salary of $202,000-$304,000, with the final offer determined by role-related capabilities, experience, and work location.
