Jobgether is a Belgian recruitment platform built entirely around remote and flexible work, aggregating openings from thousands of employers that allow work from outside an office. Its matching engine ranks roles against a candidate's skills, seniority and stated preferences on location and flexibility, rather than leaving people to filter a keyword search, and it verifies how genuinely remote each posting is. The company also runs an AI screening layer that shortlists applicants for employers, and publishes research and guidance on distributed work practices alongside the job marketplace itself.

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Director, Product Marketing based in United States.

This senior leadership role sits at the intersection of product, marketing, sales, and customer success, shaping how a multi-product B2B SaaS portfolio reaches the market.

You will lead a team of product marketers while establishing the strategic standards for positioning, messaging, launches, pricing, and packaging.

The role combines market intelligence and customer insight with hands-on go-to-market execution and measurable commercial outcomes.

You will build repeatable launch processes, test positioning and pricing, and ensure product value is clearly communicated across every customer touchpoint.

You will also create structured feedback loops that influence product strategy, packaging, and roadmap decisions.

Success requires strong executive presence, sharp storytelling, commercial judgment, and the ability to align complex cross-functional organizations.

This is an opportunity to shape the market narrative and directly influence pipeline, adoption, revenue, and long-term product growth.

Accountabilities

    • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Strategic Product Marketers and supporting content professionals, establishing clear processes, performance expectations, and quality standards.
    • Own the go-to-market framework, including launch tiering, timelines, cross-functional checkpoints, pilots, and post-launch measurement.
    • Lead GTM planning for new products and major releases, coordinating closely with product, sales, customer success, demand generation, and other stakeholders.
    • Measure launch and GTM performance against pipeline, adoption, and revenue objectives, using results to refine future strategies.
    • Maintain final accountability for portfolio-wide positioning and messaging, ensuring consistency across websites, sales materials, customer communications, and other channels.
    • Build and maintain competitive intelligence that directly informs positioning, differentiation, and product marketing strategy.
    • Establish and operate Product Advisory Boards and other structured customer feedback programs that inform positioning, packaging, pricing, and product roadmap decisions.
    • Own the portfolio-wide pricing and packaging strategy and framework, partnering with Finance and Product to align pricing with customer value and market realities.
    • Oversee product marketing content, including one-pagers, presentations, sales decks, case studies, battle cards, pitch materials, and objection-handling resources.
    • Partner with demand generation, customer marketing, sales, and product leadership as strategic peers to align priorities and drive commercial outcomes.
    • Translate product roadmap priorities and market insights into compelling customer-facing value propositions.
    • Synthesize customer, market, competitive, and sales feedback into actionable recommendations for product management.
    • Report GTM, positioning, pricing, and packaging performance to executive stakeholders.
    • Leverage AI tools to accelerate market research, content development, analysis, and other product marketing workflows.
    • Requirements

      • 10+ years of product marketing experience, including at least 6 years managing or leading product marketing teams.
      • Experience in residential real estate, proptech, or an adjacent sector such as mortgage, title, insurance, or related B2B technology; strong familiarity with brokers, agents, MLSs, and their workflows is important.
      • Demonstrated experience developing and owning positioning and messaging frameworks across multiple products or a broader product portfolio.
      • Proven experience owning pricing and packaging strategies for B2B SaaS products, preferably across a multi-product portfolio.
      • Track record of creating repeatable GTM and product launch processes within large or complex organizations.
      • Experience operating structured customer feedback programs such as advisory boards, win/loss analysis, or similar initiatives and converting insights into concrete business decisions.
      • Hands-on experience using AI tools to accelerate research, content creation, analysis, and strategic work.
      • Excellent writing and communication skills, with the judgment to communicate complex product value clearly and determine when a launch is truly market-ready.
      • Strong commercial and strategic thinking, analytical ability, and executive-level judgment.
      • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with demand generation, sales, customer marketing, and product leaders as strategic partners.
      • Experience managing distributed or international teams is a plus.
      • Familiarity with AI-driven product positioning is advantageous.
      • Previous experience working for a real estate brokerage, franchise, or agent-facing organization is a plus.
      • Benefits

        • $160,000-$180,000 annual salary.
        • Remote work opportunity within the United States.
        • Senior leadership position with significant influence over product marketing strategy and portfolio growth.
        • Opportunity to lead and develop a team of product marketing professionals.
        • Broad cross-functional exposure across product, sales, marketing, customer success, finance, and executive leadership.
        • Opportunity to shape pricing, packaging, positioning, customer feedback, and go-to-market strategy across a multi-product portfolio.
        • Opportunity to leverage emerging AI tools in a strategic, hands-on product marketing environment.
