Profile match
Jobgether is a Belgian recruitment platform built entirely around remote and flexible work, aggregating openings from thousands of employers that allow work from outside an office. Its matching engine ranks roles against a candidate's skills, seniority and stated preferences on location and flexibility, rather than leaving people to filter a keyword search, and it verifies how genuinely remote each posting is. The company also runs an AI screening layer that shortlists applicants for employers, and publishes research and guidance on distributed work practices alongside the job marketplace itself.

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Market Development Specialist - Rio Verde/GO based in Brazil.

As a Market Development Specialist, you will play a key role in strengthening the positioning and growth of agricultural specialty products across regional markets.

You will help translate market strategies into practical initiatives that generate demand, engage customers, and create value for commercial partners.

The role combines marketing strategy, project coordination, customer engagement, and market development in a dynamic agricultural environment.

You’ll support initiatives ranging from technical events and commercial campaigns to customer relationship and demand-generation programs.

Working closely with commercial and cross-functional teams, you’ll help identify opportunities and ensure marketing activities deliver measurable market impact.

The position offers strong exposure to regional business development, agricultural markets, and strategic marketing execution.

It is an ideal opportunity for an agronomy professional who is commercially minded, organized, and motivated by turning market opportunities into results.
