This opportunity is designed for small businesses, independent creators, nonprofits, and individuals who need professional video editing without the usual cost or complexity.

You’ll provide raw footage and a creative brief, and experienced editors will transform your material into a polished final video.

The work supports real-world AI evaluation by helping assess how effectively models handle practical video-editing tasks and creative instructions.

You can define the desired tone, pacing, music, captions, branding, key moments, and final format according to your needs.

No previous video-editing expertise is required, making this accessible even if you are unfamiliar with professional editing terminology.

The role is fully remote and flexible, with projects completed according to your own schedule and requirements.

Your footage will be used solely for evaluation purposes and will not be used as AI training data, resold, or publicly distributed.

Accountabilities:

• Provide the raw video footage and any supporting assets needed to create the requested edit, including B-roll, separate audio, logos, graphics, and other relevant materials.
• Prepare a clear and detailed creative brief covering the intended platform, target duration, tone, pacing, music preferences, captions, branding, and other creative requirements.
• Identify specific footage or moments that must be retained, as well as content that should be removed or excluded from the final edit.
• Share one or more example videos when helpful to communicate the desired visual style, pacing, or overall creative direction.
• Provide any relevant deadline or delivery requirements so the finished video can be completed within the required timeframe.
• Ensure that submitted footage is appropriate for use and that all necessary rights and permissions have been obtained.
• Confirm that identifiable individuals appearing in the footage have provided appropriate consent to appear.
• Participate in a real-world evaluation process designed to assess AI capabilities in handling professional video-editing briefs and source material.

Requirements:

• Be based in India and have footage or a video project suitable for professional editing.
• No prior video-editing experience is required; you only need to be able to communicate clearly what you want the finished video to look and feel like.
• Provide all relevant source materials, including usable footage, audio, graphics, logos, and other assets needed for the requested edit.
• Be able to provide a sufficiently detailed brief covering creative preferences, intended use, duration, style, and delivery expectations.
• Have the legal right to use and submit all footage and assets provided for the project.
• Ensure that anyone clearly identifiable in submitted footage has agreed to appear.
• Communicate creative expectations clearly and provide useful examples or references when appropriate.
• Be comfortable having submitted footage evaluated as part of an AI capability assessment while understanding that the material is not used as training data.
