Freelance Digital Marketer

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Freelance Digital Marketer based in India.

This is a fully remote, hourly freelance opportunity for an experienced digital marketer who can drive measurable growth across multiple channels and campaigns. You will develop and execute data-driven strategies spanning SEO, paid media, social media, email marketing, and conversion optimization. The role combines hands-on campaign management with advanced use of AI tools to accelerate content production, audience targeting, experimentation, and marketing automation. You will work across both internal initiatives and external client campaigns, adapting strategies to different audiences, industries, and objectives. Strong analytical skills will be essential for measuring performance, identifying opportunities, and maximizing return on investment. You will also collaborate with design, copy, and technology teams to build effective landing pages and optimized conversion funnels.

Accountabilities:

• Develop, execute, and manage comprehensive digital marketing strategies across SEO, SEM, social media, and email channels for internal initiatives and client brands.
• Apply AI-driven insights to audience segmentation, targeting, campaign optimization, and marketing decision-making.
• Use generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Jasper, and Midjourney to accelerate content creation, develop high-converting advertising copy, and scale A/B testing.
• Create, monitor, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads, leveraging AI-powered bidding and machine-learning features such as Performance Max and Advantage+.
• Implement technical SEO and content distribution strategies using SEO and AI-powered tools to analyze search intent, optimize on-page content, and identify emerging keyword opportunities.
• Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using GA4, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, and predictive or AI-assisted analytics tools.
• Provide actionable, data-driven recommendations based on campaign results, audience behavior, conversion performance, and ROI.
• Collaborate with design, copywriting, and technology teams to develop high-converting landing pages and improve the overall customer journey.
• Support AI-powered automation workflows for lead nurturing, personalization, CRM processes, and conversion funnel optimization.
• Manage multiple campaigns, priorities, deadlines, and deliverables independently within a remote working environment.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of professional digital marketing experience with a strong track record of delivering successful, data-driven campaigns for B2B and/or B2C audiences.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating successful campaign management, measurable ROI generation, and practical implementation of modern marketing strategies.
• Hands-on experience with AI marketing technologies, prompt engineering, and integrating AI workflows into day-to-day marketing operations.
• Advanced experience managing and scaling paid media campaigns across Google, Facebook/Instagram, and LinkedIn, including their native AI and machine-learning capabilities.
• Strong knowledge of SEO and SEM tools such as Ahrefs and SEMrush, along with web analytics platforms including GA4 and Looker Studio.
• Solid understanding of marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot and ActiveCampaign, including AI-assisted personalization, email sequences, and CRM lead scoring.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate campaign data into actionable growth opportunities.
• Excellent organizational, time-management, time-tracking, and project management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, meet tight deadlines, and coordinate effectively with distributed teams.
• Prior experience working with marketing agencies, B2B technology platforms, or AI-powered marketing automation is an advantage.
• Self-motivated and comfortable taking ownership of marketing initiatives in a fully remote freelance environment.
