Profile match
Jobgether is a Belgian recruitment platform built entirely around remote and flexible work, aggregating openings from thousands of employers that allow work from outside an office. Its matching engine ranks roles against a candidate's skills, seniority and stated preferences on location and flexibility, rather than leaving people to filter a keyword search, and it verifies how genuinely remote each posting is. The company also runs an AI screening layer that shortlists applicants for employers, and publishes research and guidance on distributed work practices alongside the job marketplace itself.

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Graphic Designer based in Germany.

This is a hands-on creative opportunity for a Graphic Designer to create engaging visual content across a fast-paced digital environment.

You’ll transform creative briefs and ideas into polished visuals for social media, websites, email campaigns, and promotional materials.

The role combines graphic and motion design with brand development, experimentation, and continuous creative improvement.

You’ll collaborate closely with designers, copywriters, and marketing teams to ensure visual and written content work seamlessly together.

Your work will contribute directly to creating compelling digital experiences and strengthening visual consistency across channels.

You’ll have the opportunity to experiment with new concepts, incorporate feedback, and use analytics and testing to refine your designs.

The environment is collaborative, flexible, and growth-oriented, with plenty of room to develop your creative skills and career.
