Jobgether is a Belgian recruitment platform built entirely around remote and flexible work, aggregating openings from thousands of employers that allow work from outside an office. Its matching engine ranks roles against a candidate's skills, seniority and stated preferences on location and flexibility, rather than leaving people to filter a keyword search, and it verifies how genuinely remote each posting is. The company also runs an AI screening layer that shortlists applicants for employers, and publishes research and guidance on distributed work practices alongside the job marketplace itself.

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Regional Product Manager - Engineering Plastics based in Germany.

This is a high-impact commercial leadership role with responsibility for an engineering plastics product portfolio across Europe.

The role combines strategic portfolio management with hands-on supplier leadership, business development, and key account growth.

You’ll use market intelligence and customer insights to identify new opportunities, strengthen distribution channels, and expand market presence.

Working with international suppliers and senior stakeholders, you’ll have substantial influence over commercial decisions and negotiations.

The position offers significant autonomy, European-wide visibility, and direct exposure to senior leadership in a growth-oriented environment.

It is an excellent opportunity for an experienced technical sales professional ready to take broader regional ownership and strategic responsibility.
