Profile match
Jobgether is a Belgian recruitment platform built entirely around remote and flexible work, aggregating openings from thousands of employers that allow work from outside an office. Its matching engine ranks roles against a candidate's skills, seniority and stated preferences on location and flexibility, rather than leaving people to filter a keyword search, and it verifies how genuinely remote each posting is. The company also runs an AI screening layer that shortlists applicants for employers, and publishes research and guidance on distributed work practices alongside the job marketplace itself.

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Infrastructure & Capital Projects - Scheduler, ANS based in the United States.

This role supports complex infrastructure and capital projects by establishing and managing robust planning and scheduling controls.

You’ll help project teams maintain visibility into timelines, dependencies, progress, risks, and upcoming delivery milestones.

The position works across internal teams, contractors, and project stakeholders to integrate schedule inputs into reliable master plans.

You’ll contribute to estimating, benchmarking, interface planning, risk management, and project reporting throughout the project lifecycle.

The role combines detailed schedule management with broader project controls and requires strong organization and analytical discipline.

You’ll work primarily remotely while participating in periodic in-person collaboration with clients, colleagues, and project leaders.

This is an opportunity to help shape how major capital projects are planned, monitored, and successfully delivered.

Accountabilities

    • Develop and implement project planning and scheduling control strategies, defining responsibilities and coordination requirements for internal teams and contractors.
    • Apply financial, business, and project management processes consistently across all stages of project delivery.
    • Develop schedules that support accurate estimating, benchmarking, interface planning, and readiness for future project phases.
    • Coordinate internal and external schedule benchmarks and ensure schedule information is aligned with project requirements and upcoming milestones.
    • Develop and manage Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and Cost Breakdown Structures (CBS) in collaboration with cost engineering teams.
    • Implement, maintain, and monitor detailed and summary schedules throughout the full project lifecycle.
    • Integrate schedule risk analysis and mitigation actions into broader project risk and change-management processes.
    • Establish project-wide progress measurement methodologies and reporting structures, including clear schedule roll-ups.
    • Consolidate schedule inputs and performance data from multiple sources into master scheduling platforms.
    • Prepare and present schedule reports, project updates, performance information, and relevant insights to stakeholders.
    • Support project closeout planning and contribute to additional project controls activities as required.
    • Requirements

      • 3-5 years of relevant experience in project controls, project scheduling, or time and schedule management.
      • Strong understanding of project planning, scheduling methodologies, progress measurement, and schedule controls.
      • Advanced or expert-level proficiency with project scheduling tools such as Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, and/or Acumen Suite.
      • Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple sources of schedule inputs and performance data and consolidate them into an effective master schedule.
      • Experience producing project or program status reports and communicating schedule information to relevant stakeholders.
      • Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain accurate project information.
      • Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify schedule risks, dependencies, and potential impacts.
      • Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, contractors, clients, project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders.
      • Strong communication skills and the ability to present complex scheduling information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
      • Ability to work effectively in a primarily remote environment while participating in periodic in-person collaboration and relationship-building activities.
      • Benefits

        • Salary: $100,000-$125,000 annually, with compensation influenced by role, location, skills, and experience.
        • Remote work for the majority of working hours, with flexibility designed to support work-life needs.
        • Medical, dental, and vision insurance.
        • Basic life and AD&D insurance.
        • Short- and long-term disability coverage.
        • 401(k) retirement plan with employer match.

        • Adoption and surrogacy assistance.
        • Supplemental insurance plans.
        • Employee assistance program.
        • Legal resources and identity theft protection.
        • Opportunities to collaborate with experienced project managers, engineers, technologists, and strategists working on major infrastructure and capital projects.
        • Benefits eligibility may vary depending on state, role, and other applicable factors.
