Jobgether is a Belgian recruitment platform built entirely around remote and flexible work, aggregating openings from thousands of employers that allow work from outside an office. Its matching engine ranks roles against a candidate's skills, seniority and stated preferences on location and flexibility, rather than leaving people to filter a keyword search, and it verifies how genuinely remote each posting is. The company also runs an AI screening layer that shortlists applicants for employers, and publishes research and guidance on distributed work practices alongside the job marketplace itself.

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a (Senior) Director, Strategic Alliances Enterprise Lead, IQVIA based in United States.

This is a senior strategic partnership role responsible for leading a complex, enterprise-wide relationship within a highly regulated life sciences environment.

You will shape the strategic direction, governance, operating model, and value creation agenda across a broad portfolio of functions and global teams.

Working closely with senior internal and external stakeholders, you will create alignment, simplify complexity, and enable faster, more effective decision-making.

The role spans clinical development and operations, digital and data technology, pharmacovigilance, quality, and selected commercial activities.

You will move the partnership beyond individual projects toward coordinated enterprise value, innovation, co-creation, and measurable business outcomes.

Success will require strong executive presence, sound judgment, and the ability to influence complex organizations without relying on formal authority.

This is an opportunity to shape a high-impact strategic alliance while contributing to better outcomes for patients and the broader organization.

Accountabilities:

    • Serve as the senior enterprise-level lead for the global strategic partnership, ensuring a consistent, aligned approach across clinical, digital, GPS, quality, and commercial interactions.
    • Represent the organization as a strategic, engaged, and outcome-oriented partner while reducing fragmentation, resolving conflicting priorities, and reinforcing transparent and accountable partnering practices.
    • Partner closely with the Breakthrough Partner Lead to align alliance strategy, governance, priorities, and partner engagement with broader enterprise objectives.
    • Provide end-to-end visibility across the partnership portfolio, connecting leaders, teams, capabilities, and communities across functions and geographies.
    • Identify and resolve duplication, competing priorities, and misalignment across functions, regions, and operating models.
    • Establish effective decision rights, escalation pathways, leadership cadences, and executive governance mechanisms to accelerate decision-making and alignment.
    • Develop and evolve the multi-year alliance strategy and enterprise value narrative, ensuring the partnership is anchored in clear priorities, shared outcomes, and measurable impact.
    • Build a strong understanding of partner capabilities across data, technology, scientific and clinical operations, quality, and other relevant areas, translating contractual arrangements into scalable operating models.
    • Identify and prioritize innovation opportunities, emerging capabilities, and new partnership models that can advance strategic business priorities.
    • Guide teams in moving from transactional engagement toward co-creation and differentiated enterprise value, translating scale and investment into measurable acceleration, quality, and outcomes.
    • Connect initiatives, insights, and stakeholders across teams while helping simplify complexity and maintain focus on enterprise and patient impact.
    • Serve as a trusted senior thought partner to internal leadership and senior external stakeholders, navigating trade-offs with clarity, humility, and an enterprise-wide perspective.
    • Requirements:

      • Advanced degree preferred, such as a Master’s or PhD in life sciences, medicine, engineering, business, or a related field, with equivalent combinations of education and experience also considered.
      • Background in biopharma, life sciences, healthcare, or another highly regulated and innovation-driven industry.
      • 10+ years of progressively responsible experience in strategic partnerships, alliance management, business development, enterprise strategy, or comparable enterprise-level roles.
      • Extensive experience leading complex, enterprise-critical partnerships spanning multiple functions, capabilities, and global geographies.
      • Demonstrated experience working at an executive leadership level with senior internal stakeholders and external partner organizations.
      • Proven ability to evolve partnerships beyond execution toward value creation, co-innovation, governance, operating model development, and measurable enterprise impact.
      • Strong enterprise leadership mindset with the ability to align senior stakeholders and shape long-term organizational outcomes through strategic partnerships.
      • Demonstrated ability to anticipate future partnership needs, identify opportunities for simplification and innovation, and translate partnership insights into scalable enterprise improvements.
      • Proven ability to act as an integrator and catalyst, connecting people, capabilities, priorities, and ideas around shared objectives.
      • Strong influencing skills, with a track record of driving strategic decisions and enterprise outcomes without formal authority.
      • Executive presence, sound judgment, and comfort operating through ambiguity, organizational change, and evolving strategic priorities.
      • Strong communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management capabilities across complex matrixed and global organizations.
      • Demonstrated commitment to curiosity, humility, transparency, empowerment, and shared accountability in partnership leadership.
      • Candidates must be located in the United States Eastern Time Zone to be considered for this position.
      • Benefits:

        • Eligibility to participate in short-term and long-term incentive programs.
        • Locally applicable annual base salary range shared during the recruitment process based on location, market conditions, role scope, and internal guidelines.
        • Compensation determined based on factors including experience, education, job-related knowledge, demonstrated skills, and internal equity.
        • Opportunity to lead a high-profile, enterprise-critical strategic partnership within the life sciences sector.
        • Exposure to senior executives and global stakeholders across clinical development, technology, data, quality, pharmacovigilance, and commercial functions.
        • Opportunity to shape enterprise governance, innovation, operating models, and long-term value creation.
        • Collaborative, inclusive environment focused on scientific innovation, patient impact, and professional growth.
        • U.S.-based remote opportunity for candidates located in the Eastern Time Zone.
