Jobgether is a Belgian recruitment platform built entirely around remote and flexible work, aggregating openings from thousands of employers that allow work from outside an office. Its matching engine ranks roles against a candidate's skills, seniority and stated preferences on location and flexibility, rather than leaving people to filter a keyword search, and it verifies how genuinely remote each posting is. The company also runs an AI screening layer that shortlists applicants for employers, and publishes research and guidance on distributed work practices alongside the job marketplace itself.

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an IT Regular (SEO) - For Pooling Purposes based in United States.

This remote opportunity is designed for an SEO/SEM professional who can improve organic visibility while maximizing the performance of paid search campaigns.

You’ll own key SEO activities spanning keyword strategy, content optimization, technical SEO, analytics, and link building.

The role also involves managing PPC initiatives, budgets, performance tracking, and ROI optimization across major search platforms.

You’ll collaborate closely with development, editorial, and marketing teams to ensure search best practices are embedded across digital experiences.

Your work will combine data analysis, experimentation, competitive research, and hands-on optimization to drive measurable acquisition results.

The position offers a flexible remote environment with ongoing guidance, training, and opportunities to strengthen your digital marketing expertise.
