The AI Automation Solutions & Enablement Lead is responsible for designing, developing, and deploying AI-powered solutions that optimize invoice processing workflows within RealPage Utilities Management. This role focuses on building scalable, production-grade systems leveraging Generative AI, automation, and modern software engineering practices to improve efficiency, accuracy, and user experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and build AI-driven solutions for invoice processing (e.g., data extraction, classification, validation).
• Develop fullstack applications integrating AI models into business workflows.
• Implement RAG pipelines, LLM-based agents, and prompt engineering frameworks.
• Lead end-to-end development from PoC to production deployment.
• Ensure data readiness, pipeline reliability, and system scalability.
• Integrate AI solutions with internal systems (billing, ERP, document management).
• Optimize model performance, reduce hallucinations, and handle edge cases.
• Collaborate with SMEs and Adoption Leads to align solutions with business needs.
• Maintain CI/CD pipelines and ensure robust testing and monitoring.
• Continuously evaluate emerging AI tools and technologies. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Accuracy of AI models (invoice extraction, classification, validation)
• Reduction in manual processing and exception rates
• Deployment frequency and time-to-production for AI solutions
• System uptime and performance metrics (latency, throughput)
• Adoption rate of deployed AI tools
• Reduction in operational costs and processing time
• Code quality metrics and defect rates

Qualifications

Required:

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field
• Advanced certifications in AI/ML or Cloud preferred Experience
• 5+ years in software engineering or data science
• 2+ years working with Generative AI / LLMs
• Experience delivering production-grade AI applications Technical & Professional Skills
• Strong coding skills in Python, JS/TS, and SQL
• Expertise in prompt engineering and LLM optimization
• Experience with RAG, embeddings, and vector search
• Knowledge of system design, APIs, and microservices
• Cloud-native development and DevOps practices
• Strong debugging, testing, and performance optimization skills Preferred Skills / Abilities
• Experience with invoice processing, OCR, or document AI
• Familiarity with Utilities or Property Management domain
• Experience with agentic AI systems and autonomous workflows
• Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
