This role supports marketing strategy and execution across a nationwide network of automotive service locations.
You will serve as a trusted marketing resource for franchisees, helping them activate local programs and strengthen customer engagement.
The position combines local marketing, brand activation, content, social media, store onboarding, and marketing operations.
You will collaborate with franchisees, operations leaders, agencies, vendors, and internal teams to bring campaigns and initiatives to life.
Your work will contribute to store growth, customer acquisition, brand awareness, and consistent execution across the network.
The role offers a dynamic mix of strategic coordination and hands-on marketing execution, with opportunities to influence local market performance.
Occasional travel will allow you to support franchise meetings, conferences, regional gatherings, and special events.
Accountabilities
Serve as a primary marketing contact for franchisees, responding to day-to-day requests and providing guidance on available marketing programs and resources.
Partner with franchisees and operations leaders to support local marketing initiatives, community engagement, promotional activities, sponsorships, and advertising opportunities.
Coordinate communications and requests between franchisees, agency partners, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
Troubleshoot marketing-related questions and coordinate timely resolution of issues.
Lead and support presentations for franchisee meetings, onboarding sessions, conferences, regional events, and other gatherings.
Assist with the development and execution of local store marketing campaigns, grand opening initiatives, and brand activation programs.
Coordinate marketing materials, promotional assets, and campaign deployment across the franchise network.
Track local marketing participation and campaign performance, sharing relevant insights and recommendations.
Identify and communicate franchisee success stories and effective marketing practices across the network.
Support marketing onboarding for newly acquired and newly opened locations, including timelines, welcome communications, setup activities, and transition into established marketing programs and digital platforms.
Ensure new locations have access to required marketing resources, tools, content, and brand assets.
Support social media channel management, content calendars, community engagement, and performance monitoring.
Assist with content creation for blogs, websites, newsletters, promotional materials, franchisee communications, and other marketing initiatives.
Develop and maintain marketing reports, calendars, project trackers, and related documentation.
Support conference planning, franchise meetings, marketing events, purchase orders, contract documentation, and budget reconciliation.
Manage multiple projects and priorities while maintaining quality, consistency, and deadlines.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business, or a related field.
4+ years of experience in marketing, communications, social media, franchise marketing, agency account management, or a related discipline.
Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with the ability to create clear and engaging communications for different audiences.
Experience managing social media channels, content calendars, and digital content initiatives.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
Strong project management, organizational, prioritization, and time-management skills.
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Experience supporting franchise, multi-unit, retail, automotive, or service-based businesses is preferred.
Familiarity with local store marketing, community engagement, sponsorships, and grassroots marketing initiatives is advantageous.
Experience processing invoices, tracking budgets, reconciling expenses, or supporting marketing-related financial administration is a plus.
Familiarity with social media management and email marketing platforms is beneficial.
Experience working with agencies, external vendors, creative partners, or other third-party service providers is preferred.
Ability and willingness to travel approximately 15% for franchise meetings, conferences, regional events, and special initiatives.
Remote, full-time position within the United States.
Annual base compensation range of $76,700-$136,900, with actual compensation varying based on location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
Potential eligibility for supplemental compensation, including bonus or commission incentives depending on the role.
