This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Sales Operations Analyst based in the United States.
This remote role plays a key part in improving sales performance, operational efficiency, and revenue growth.
You will transform sales and business data into actionable insights that help leadership make informed decisions.
The position spans forecasting, pipeline management, territory and quota planning, reporting, and sales effectiveness analysis.
You will work closely with sales leadership, finance, marketing, and other cross-functional teams in a collaborative environment.
Your analysis will directly support executive business reviews, strategic initiatives, and improvements to sales processes.
You will also contribute to reporting automation and data integrity across Salesforce, BI platforms, and other business systems.

Accountabilities
Develop, maintain, and deliver dashboards and reports covering pipeline, bookings, revenue, sales performance, and other key commercial metrics.
Support forecasting activities by analyzing historical trends, pipeline health, business drivers, and sales performance data.
Partner with sales leadership to identify business opportunities, improve sales effectiveness, and support revenue growth initiatives.
Manage and analyze forecasting, territory planning, pipeline performance, executive reporting, and sales effectiveness activities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain accurate and consistent sales data, territory assignments, quota information, and attainment metrics.
Assist with the design and administration of sales compensation plans, ensuring alignment with revenue objectives and sales strategies.
Partner with Sales and Marketing teams to evaluate lead generation, funnel conversion, campaign performance, and other demand-generation metrics.
Identify opportunities to improve operational processes, streamline reporting, enhance data quality, and increase workflow efficiency.
Support data integrity initiatives across Salesforce, Domo, and other business systems to ensure reliable reporting and analytics.
Prepare presentations and communicate business insights, trends, and recommendations to sales leadership and senior management.
Translate complex datasets into clear, compelling narratives that support strategic and operational decision-making.
Contribute to special projects and other initiatives supporting sales operations and broader business objectives.
3-5 years of relevant professional experience, preferably within sales operations, revenue operations, business analytics, or a related field.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, or a related discipline; equivalent international qualifications may also be considered.
Demonstrated experience partnering with sales leadership to improve performance and support revenue growth.
Experience delivering business intelligence and data analysis for senior executives or C-suite stakeholders.
Strong proficiency with Salesforce, including reporting, dashboards, opportunities, and related sales data.
Advanced Excel capabilities, including formulas, data modeling, and automation.
Experience with modern business intelligence tools such as Domo, Tableau, Power BI, or comparable platforms.
Understanding of SaaS and commercial metrics such as ARR, retention, pipeline, CAC, COGS, LTV, conversion funnels, and bookings.
Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities, with excellent attention to data accuracy and detail.
Proven project management, stakeholder management, negotiation, and consultative skills.
Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation abilities, including the ability to turn complex analysis into clear business recommendations.
Ability to build effective cross-functional relationships and navigate challenging or sensitive business discussions.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.
A master’s degree or relevant industry certification would be an advantage.
Remote position within the United States.
Base salary range of $78,000-$98,000, depending on factors such as experience, skills, location, labor market conditions, and internal equity.
