This role leads strategic B2B marketing engagements for enterprise and growth-stage clients, translating complex business objectives into measurable commercial outcomes.
You will develop integrated go-to-market strategies connecting media, technology, operations, sales, and marketing.
The position combines hands-on media expertise with consultative work across martech, adtech, datatech, and revenue operations.
You will work directly with senior client stakeholders while coordinating channel specialists, analytics teams, creative partners, and client services.
Your strategies will focus on full-funnel performance, from audience engagement and pipeline generation through sales velocity and closed-won revenue.
The role offers significant influence over strategic innovation, operational transformation, measurement, and client growth.
You will also mentor team members and help advance B2B strategy capabilities across a fast-moving, collaborative environment.
Accountabilities
Design integrated B2B go-to-market media strategies across paid, owned, and earned channels, with clear connections to pipeline, revenue, and ROI.
Lead cross-channel strategies spanning Paid Search, Paid Social, Programmatic, SEO, content syndication, PR, and other relevant channels.
Optimize media mix, budget allocation, audience segmentation, creative alignment, and measurement frameworks against full-funnel business outcomes.
Develop advanced audience strategies using ABM platforms, CRM data, marketing automation systems, and intent signals to improve targeting and account engagement.
Establish structured testing frameworks to continuously improve messaging, audience targeting, channel performance, and media investment.
Partner with creative teams to align messaging with B2B buyer journeys, industry verticals, decision-maker personas, and account priorities.
Coordinate internal channel specialists to ensure strategic recommendations are effectively translated into execution.
Partner with client services teams to develop business review frameworks and lead the storytelling of cross-channel insights and recommendations.
Provide client and industry-specific thought leadership while identifying opportunities for innovation, new channels, and strategic partnerships.
Conduct operational assessments using maturity models, resource planning frameworks, and digital transformation approaches to identify business and technology gaps.
Advise clients on martech, adtech, and datatech architecture, integration, efficiency, and ROI.
Improve sales and marketing alignment by connecting strategies, processes, KPIs, audience segmentation, and messaging to accelerate movement from impression to revenue.
Design and implement operational improvements within CRM and marketing automation platforms, including workflows, integrations, lifecycle stages, lead routing, scoring, attribution, and dashboards.
Lead performance reviews that combine media analysis with operational recommendations and translate findings into actionable next steps.
Serve as a trusted strategic advisor capable of connecting campaign execution with broader sales, marketing, and operational transformation.
Manage cross-functional initiatives involving sales, marketing, analytics, creative, and technical teams.
Mentor team members and contribute to the development of B2B media strategy and consultative capabilities.
6-8 years of hands-on experience planning, activating, and optimizing multi-channel B2B media campaigns, particularly across Paid Search, Paid Social, and Programmatic.
Proven ability to connect full-funnel media strategies to measurable business outcomes such as pipeline acceleration, sales velocity, revenue, and ROI.
Practitioner-level knowledge of analytics platforms such as GA4 and Adobe Analytics, as well as tagging and tracking solutions such as Google Tag Manager.
Experience with DSPs including The Trade Desk or DV360, along with LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other social advertising platforms.
Familiarity with SEO and content tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, or equivalent platforms.
Strong expertise in audience segmentation, creative alignment, and measurement using ABM platforms such as Demandbase and 6sense, as well as intent data sources including Bombora, G2, and LinkedIn.
Strong analytical capabilities and the ability to interpret performance data, identify opportunities, and make informed in-flight optimizations.
Deep working knowledge of CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Microsoft Dynamics and marketing automation platforms including Marketo, Pardot, or HubSpot Marketing Hub.
Hands-on experience configuring CRM and marketing automation solutions, including workflows, lead routing, lifecycle stages, scoring models, attribution, reporting, and dashboards.
Familiarity with sales engagement platforms such as Outreach and Salesloft and sales intelligence tools such as ZoomInfo and Apollo.
Experience assessing and improving sales and marketing alignment using structured maturity models, resource planning approaches, and digital transformation roadmaps.
Experience integrating martech, adtech, and datatech platforms to create scalable go-to-market systems.
Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills, particularly across sales, marketing, analytics, and technical teams.
Knowledge of advanced B2B measurement methodologies, including multi-touch attribution (MTA), marketing mix modeling (MMM), and related analytics approaches.
Strong executive presence, consultative communication, storytelling, and client relationship skills.
Ability to bridge strategic vision with hands-on execution in complex, competitive, and fast-moving environments.
Experience in B2B SEO, content syndication, PR, earned media, sales handoff optimization, or sales enablement is a plus.
Relevant certifications in platforms such as Demandbase, 6sense, GA4, or Salesforce are advantageous.
Ability to work remotely from an eligible U.S. location; the position is not eligible for immigration sponsorship.

Annual base salary range of $110,000-$135,000, with compensation determined by factors including experience, skills, education, certifications, scope, market conditions, geographic location, and applicable salary requirements.
