This is a strategic, customer-facing clinical leadership role focused on advancing oncology care through technology and innovative care delivery models.
You will serve as a clinical subject-matter expert, bringing deep oncology experience to provider engagement, sales strategy, product development, and customer success.
The role centers on understanding real-world oncology workflows, operational challenges, care models, and patient engagement practices across community and health system settings.
You will translate clinical needs into actionable insights, helping stakeholders understand how digital solutions can improve care delivery and operational outcomes.
Working closely with sales, marketing, product, and customer success teams, you will shape messaging, demonstrations, educational content, and product feedback.
You will also engage directly with clinical and executive stakeholders, industry organizations, and prospective customers across the U.S.

Accountabilities
Serve as the primary oncology clinical workflow expert for the growth organization, developing a detailed understanding of care-team workflows, operational models, clinical use cases, and technology applications across oncology settings.
Assess current-state clinical workflows, protocols, staffing models, patient engagement practices, and operational challenges to identify opportunities for improvement.
Partner with prospective and existing customers to understand their clinical needs and demonstrate how technology solutions can address workflow, operational, and patient-care challenges.
Build trusted relationships with oncology clinicians, operational leaders, and executive stakeholders, adapting presentations, workshops, demonstrations, and training to different audiences.
Support provider sales strategy by contributing clinical expertise to prospect engagement, opportunity development, solution positioning, and customer conversations.
Represent the organization at relevant oncology conferences, trade shows, speaking engagements, webinars, and other industry forums as needed.
Gather, synthesize, and prioritize clinical feedback from customers and prospects, identifying recurring needs, friction points, engagement opportunities, and market trends.
Advocate for customer and clinician needs internally, helping ensure product development, roadmap priorities, and market messaging reflect real-world clinical requirements.
Act as a liaison between customers and product teams by communicating clinical needs, explaining upcoming capabilities, and supporting roadmap discussions with clinical stakeholders.
Collaborate with sales, marketing, product, and customer success teams to maintain consistent messaging and deliver a coordinated customer experience.
Contribute to clinical content such as white papers, webinars, interviews, podcasts, educational materials, and other market-facing assets.
Support clinical handoffs from growth to customer success by documenting clinical requirements, workflows, use cases, and customer considerations.
Track and communicate clinical and market insights, including patient experience practices, workflow friction patterns, and opportunities for improved engagement.
Contribute to measurable outcomes including monthly clinical assessments, clinical persona outreach, clinical marketing content, and completion of clinical handoff documentation.
Registered Nurse (RN) with an active, unrestricted U.S. nursing license and 10+ years of professional oncology nursing and clinical care experience.
Strong oncology operations and clinical experience across both community oncology and health system environments.
Deep understanding of oncology clinical workflows, care-team operations, patient engagement, and the practical challenges faced by providers.
Experience serving as a clinical subject-matter expert while contributing to business, sales, strategy, customer engagement, or technology initiatives.
Strong interest in healthcare innovation and disruptive technology, with the ability to connect technology capabilities to practical clinical and operational outcomes.
Familiarity with healthcare technology, digital health solutions, and CRM platforms such as HubSpot.
Excellent written, verbal, presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clinicians, operational leaders, and C-suite audiences.
Strong customer orientation, empathy, relationship-building skills, and the ability to establish credibility with clinical peers.
Ability to synthesize complex clinical information, identify patterns across diverse workflows, and translate insights into clear recommendations and business actions.
Comfortable collaborating across sales, marketing, product, and customer success teams in a fast-moving, cross-functional environment.
Willingness and ability to travel approximately 25% across the U.S., depending on projects and customer locations.
