Profile match
Jobgether is a Belgian recruitment platform built entirely around remote and flexible work, aggregating openings from thousands of employers that allow work from outside an office. Its matching engine ranks roles against a candidate's skills, seniority and stated preferences on location and flexibility, rather than leaving people to filter a keyword search, and it verifies how genuinely remote each posting is. The company also runs an AI screening layer that shortlists applicants for employers, and publishes research and guidance on distributed work practices alongside the job marketplace itself.

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Clinical Strategist based in the United States.

This is a strategic, customer-facing clinical leadership role focused on advancing oncology care through technology and innovative care delivery models.

You will serve as a clinical subject-matter expert, bringing deep oncology experience to provider engagement, sales strategy, product development, and customer success.

The role centers on understanding real-world oncology workflows, operational challenges, care models, and patient engagement practices across community and health system settings.

You will translate clinical needs into actionable insights, helping stakeholders understand how digital solutions can improve care delivery and operational outcomes.

Working closely with sales, marketing, product, and customer success teams, you will shape messaging, demonstrations, educational content, and product feedback.

You will also engage directly with clinical and executive stakeholders, industry organizations, and prospective customers across the U.S.

The position offers an opportunity to combine extensive oncology expertise with healthcare technology, market strategy, and relationship building in a rapidly evolving environment.

Accountabilities

    • Serve as the primary oncology clinical workflow expert for the growth organization, developing a detailed understanding of care-team workflows, operational models, clinical use cases, and technology applications across oncology settings.

    • Assess current-state clinical workflows, protocols, staffing models, patient engagement practices, and operational challenges to identify opportunities for improvement.

    • Partner with prospective and existing customers to understand their clinical needs and demonstrate how technology solutions can address workflow, operational, and patient-care challenges.

    • Build trusted relationships with oncology clinicians, operational leaders, and executive stakeholders, adapting presentations, workshops, demonstrations, and training to different audiences.

    • Support provider sales strategy by contributing clinical expertise to prospect engagement, opportunity development, solution positioning, and customer conversations.

    • Represent the organization at relevant oncology conferences, trade shows, speaking engagements, webinars, and other industry forums as needed.

    • Gather, synthesize, and prioritize clinical feedback from customers and prospects, identifying recurring needs, friction points, engagement opportunities, and market trends.

    • Advocate for customer and clinician needs internally, helping ensure product development, roadmap priorities, and market messaging reflect real-world clinical requirements.

    • Act as a liaison between customers and product teams by communicating clinical needs, explaining upcoming capabilities, and supporting roadmap discussions with clinical stakeholders.

    • Collaborate with sales, marketing, product, and customer success teams to maintain consistent messaging and deliver a coordinated customer experience.

    • Contribute to clinical content such as white papers, webinars, interviews, podcasts, educational materials, and other market-facing assets.

    • Support clinical handoffs from growth to customer success by documenting clinical requirements, workflows, use cases, and customer considerations.

    • Track and communicate clinical and market insights, including patient experience practices, workflow friction patterns, and opportunities for improved engagement.

    • Contribute to measurable outcomes including monthly clinical assessments, clinical persona outreach, clinical marketing content, and completion of clinical handoff documentation.

    • Requirements

      • Registered Nurse (RN) with an active, unrestricted U.S. nursing license and 10+ years of professional oncology nursing and clinical care experience.

      • Strong oncology operations and clinical experience across both community oncology and health system environments.

      • Deep understanding of oncology clinical workflows, care-team operations, patient engagement, and the practical challenges faced by providers.

      • Experience serving as a clinical subject-matter expert while contributing to business, sales, strategy, customer engagement, or technology initiatives.

      • Strong interest in healthcare innovation and disruptive technology, with the ability to connect technology capabilities to practical clinical and operational outcomes.

      • Familiarity with healthcare technology, digital health solutions, and CRM platforms such as HubSpot.

      • Excellent written, verbal, presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clinicians, operational leaders, and C-suite audiences.

      • Strong customer orientation, empathy, relationship-building skills, and the ability to establish credibility with clinical peers.

      • Ability to synthesize complex clinical information, identify patterns across diverse workflows, and translate insights into clear recommendations and business actions.

      • Comfortable collaborating across sales, marketing, product, and customer success teams in a fast-moving, cross-functional environment.

      • Willingness and ability to travel approximately 25% across the U.S., depending on projects and customer locations.

      • Benefits

        • Remote position based in the United States.

        • Opportunity to combine advanced oncology expertise with healthcare technology, digital health, and strategic customer engagement.

        • High-visibility collaboration with clinical, commercial, product, marketing, and customer success teams.

        • Exposure to health systems, community oncology practices, healthcare executives, and leading industry organizations.

        • Opportunities to participate in oncology conferences, speaking engagements, webinars, and thought-leadership initiatives.

        • Work focused on improving patient engagement, clinical workflows, and the delivery of continuous oncology care.

        • Approximately 25% U.S. travel, with frequency varying according to project and customer needs.

        • Employment opportunity subject to U.S. work authorization and applicable employment eligibility requirements.
