Master AI Developer

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Master AI Developer based in Brazil.

This is a high-impact engineering role for a seasoned developer who sees AI as a catalyst for transforming how software is designed, built, and delivered. You will lead a dedicated engineering cell responsible for the full lifecycle of AI-enabled features, from refining business requirements to architecture, development, deployment, and monitoring. The role combines full-stack engineering with advanced AI development, agent orchestration, automation, and cloud infrastructure. You will work closely with international clients and multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment. A strong focus on experimentation and continuous improvement will allow you to introduce new tools and approaches that increase productivity. This is an opportunity to act as an architect of AI-powered software delivery rather than simply execute predefined tasks.

Accountabilities:

• Lead the end-to-end technical development of new features, translating high-level business requirements into robust technical architectures and production-ready solutions.
• Design, develop, deploy, monitor, and continuously improve AI agents and frameworks capable of automating complex workflows.
• Build and maintain scalable backend and frontend components that support AI-powered applications and solutions.
• Develop AI-driven solutions using LLMs, RAG, prompt and context engineering, and multi-agent architectures.
• Implement comprehensive automated testing strategies, including unit, integration, and end-to-end testing designed to address the non-deterministic nature of AI outputs.
• Build and maintain reliable CI/CD pipelines, ensuring fast, stable, and low-risk software releases.
• Work with containerization and cloud infrastructure to deploy and scale AI-enabled applications effectively.
• Serve as a primary technical point of contact for international clients, translating technical concepts and requirements into effective solutions.
• Continuously research and evaluate emerging AI tools, frameworks, and development methodologies to improve engineering productivity and product performance.
• Lead and collaborate within a dedicated engineering cell, fostering an iterative, agile approach to software and AI development.

Requirements:

• Significant professional experience in software development, with strong full-stack capabilities across backend, frontend, and database technologies.
• Strong backend development skills using technologies such as Python, Node.js, and/or Go, combined with frontend experience in React and/or Next.js.
• Solid knowledge of database design and development.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, including tools such as GitHub Actions or GitLab CI.
• Practical experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud infrastructure across platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Strong expertise in automated testing, particularly unit, integration, and end-to-end testing for AI-powered applications and non-deterministic outputs.
• Deep experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), RAG, prompt engineering, context engineering, and multi-agent systems (MAS).
• Proven experience with agentic AI frameworks and tools such as LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, Claude Code, Codex, or comparable technologies.
• Ability to architect and evolve AI agents rather than simply consume AI APIs, with a strong understanding of orchestration, workflows, and production reliability.
• Strong problem-solving skills and an agile, iterative mindset, with the ability to operate effectively in a fast-moving environment.
• Advanced or fluent English, with excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate directly with international clients.
• Proactive, curious, and innovation-oriented approach, with a strong interest in identifying opportunities to use AI to accelerate development and improve productivity.
