This is a hands-on, customer-facing architecture role focused on delivering AI-powered business transformation solutions. You will own the technical journey from early solution scoping through deployment, working closely with customers and internal teams. The role combines enterprise architecture, applied AI, software development, and systems integration. You will design and deploy intelligent AI agents, connect them with business platforms, and build prototypes that demonstrate measurable value. With approximately 80% of the role involving direct customer interaction, strong communication and customer empathy are essential. You will operate in a fast-moving, collaborative environment where experimentation, technical ownership, and practical AI innovation are highly valued.
Accountabilities
Design, configure, and deploy intelligent AI agents that address real-world customer workflows and business challenges.
Partner with customers to understand business requirements and translate them into technical architectures, agent specifications, and implementation strategies.
Work with pre-sales teams to scope technical integrations, define implementation approaches, and assess solution feasibility.
Own technical execution from initial scoping through post-sales delivery, including detailed solution design, project planning, and deployment.
Build hands-on proofs of concept, custom integrations, prototypes, and technical demonstrations to validate proposed solutions.
Integrate AI agents with external systems such as CRMs, APIs, databases, webhooks, and event or data pipelines.
Optimize prompts, agent logic, configurations, and workflows to improve accuracy, reliability, performance, and scalability.
Lead customer-facing technical discussions, live demonstrations, solution iterations, and architecture reviews.
Coordinate with engineering, product, customer success, and other internal teams to ensure successful and timely delivery.
Act as a trusted technical advisor, helping customers understand AI architecture, implementation considerations, performance, and long-term scalability.
Use experimentation, A/B testing, telemetry, and performance metrics to evaluate solutions and drive continuous improvements.
7+ years of experience in software development, AI/ML engineering, technical consulting, solution architecture, or a closely related technical discipline.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or another relevant technical field.
Strong hands-on programming skills in TypeScript/JavaScript and Python, with solid knowledge of data structures and algorithms; Go experience is a plus.
Practical knowledge of applied AI technologies, including large language models (LLMs), prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), function calling, and evaluation frameworks for agentic AI solutions.
Experience designing and implementing AI-driven solutions, ideally in customer-facing or enterprise environments.
Hands-on experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure and modern DevOps practices such as CI/CD, containers, and observability.
Strong understanding of system integration through APIs, webhooks, and event or data pipelines.
Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical architectures and actionable implementation plans.
Experience building rapid prototypes, proofs of concept, and technical demonstrations.
Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with the ability to use metrics, telemetry, experimentation, and A/B testing to guide technical decisions.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain sophisticated technical concepts to both engineering teams and business stakeholders.
Strong customer empathy, problem-solving ability, ownership, and bias toward action.
Customer-facing experience is advantageous, particularly in enterprise technology, consulting, solution architecture, or applied AI environments.
Advanced degrees or certifications in AI or architecture frameworks such as TOGAF or SAFe are a plus.
