This role is responsible for driving enterprise growth through consultative, value-led technology sales. You will manage a portfolio of high-potential accounts and develop relationships across multiple business functions and seniority levels. The position combines strategic prospecting, executive engagement, account planning, and complex deal execution. You will help customers identify opportunities to use data, analytics, automation, and technology to address critical business priorities. Success requires balancing near-term opportunities with long-term pipeline development and account expansion. You will work cross-functionally with sales engineering, customer success, alliances, marketing, and other teams. This is an opportunity to influence digital transformation within complex enterprise organizations while building trusted-advisor relationships.
Accountabilities
Prospect for new business across multiple functional areas within a highly targeted portfolio of high-potential enterprise accounts.
Build trusted relationships with C-suite executives, senior stakeholders, and multiple buying personas across customer organizations.
Develop a deep understanding of customer processes, challenges, priorities, organizational structures, and business objectives.
Connect customer needs and strategic objectives with relevant technology and analytics solutions through a consultative, customer-centric sales approach.
Create and execute tailored account strategies designed to achieve revenue targets and support sustainable account growth.
Identify opportunities for both immediate sales wins and longer-term, complex enterprise engagements.
Manage and continuously develop a healthy sales pipeline in collaboration with marketing, alliance partners, channel partners, and other support functions.
Coordinate effectively with sales engineering, value engineering, customer success, alliances, and other internal teams to advance opportunities.
Lead deal strategy and sales execution from qualification through negotiation and close.
Demonstrate strong knowledge of analytics solutions and clearly articulate their business value to prospective customers.
Establish long-term customer trust by consistently bringing relevant expertise, insight, and value to every interaction.
4+ years of quota-carrying sales experience within a software or technology company.
Proven experience identifying and closing both quick-win opportunities and longer, complex enterprise sales cycles.
Experience selling to and influencing C-level executives while building consensus among diverse buying groups, ideally within large global enterprises.
Demonstrated success with consultative, service-led, multi-year, or subscription-based sales.
Strong account management, pipeline development, forecasting, and sales strategy skills.
Excellent time management and stakeholder coordination skills, with the ability to mobilize internal and external resources effectively.
Strong understanding of the data and analytics industry, including awareness of competing products, solutions, and capabilities.
Ability to communicate complex technology concepts in terms of clear business outcomes and customer value.
Strong relationship-building, negotiation, communication, and executive presentation skills.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

Target on-target earnings of CAD $320,000-$360,000, structured on a 50/50 base salary and variable compensation model.
