This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Partnerships Coordinator based in Canada.
This is a hands-on partnerships role focused on keeping day-to-day operations, campaigns, and partner initiatives moving from brief to final delivery. You’ll coordinate multiple workstreams, create partner-facing assets, support advisor sales activities, and keep timelines and stakeholders aligned. The role combines project coordination, creative execution, sales support, and performance reporting in a fast-moving environment. You’ll help build scalable workflows, improve operational processes, and use AI and modern software tools to work more efficiently. You’ll also contribute directly to partner growth by tracking revenue, transaction volume, and campaign performance. Accountabilities:
- Partnership Operations & Advisor Sales: Manage day-to-day partnership operations, including order processing, month-end reconciliations, invoicing, project briefs, follow-ups, and other activities required to keep partner programs running smoothly.
- Workflow Improvement: Build repeatable and scalable processes, maintain clear documentation, and identify opportunities to automate routine tasks using AI and modern software tools.
- Partner Communications: Create polished partner decks, one-pagers, performance updates, and other materials that clearly communicate initiatives, results, and opportunities.
- Advisor Sales Support: Support a professional platform serving financial advisors by preparing sales materials, assisting with inbound inquiries, and participating in advisor meetings and discovery conversations.
- Campaign Execution: Design and produce campaign assets across multiple formats, including static graphics, short-form video, co-branded emails, and social media content.
- Project Coordination: Deliver campaigns and partnership initiatives on schedule while keeping internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders informed, aligned, and accountable.
- Creative Development: Bring practical and fresh creative ideas to new partner activations and identify ways to strengthen engagement and campaign effectiveness.
- Performance Reporting: Track partner-sourced revenue and transaction volume, build and improve reporting across partnership channels, and turn performance data into clear, actionable insights.
- Continuous Improvement: Communicate candidly about what is working and what is not, identify operational or performance gaps, and proactively implement solutions.
- Execution-oriented mindset: Demonstrated ability to take ownership of projects and execute them from start to finish in an agency, startup, freelance, or similarly fast-paced environment.
- Proactivity and resourcefulness: Comfortable working without a detailed playbook, asking the right questions, taking initiative, and moving projects forward independently.
- Creative production skills: Experience creating marketing or partner assets across multiple mediums, with familiarity with design tools such as Figma and collaboration/documentation tools such as Notion.
- Video editing: Basic or advanced short-form video editing experience is valuable, particularly for campaign and social content.
- AI fluency: Actively uses AI tools to improve workflows, accelerate execution, automate repetitive work, and increase productivity.
- Adaptability: Comfortable receiving direct feedback, iterating quickly, and refining work based on input and changing priorities.
- Problem-solving: Proactively identifies opportunities to improve systems and processes and takes action to implement practical solutions.
- Collaboration: Able to bridge gaps between teams, communicate clearly with stakeholders, and proactively make collaboration more effective.
- Data literacy: Comfortable working with performance metrics, identifying relevant insights, and communicating results clearly to both internal teams and external partners.
- Brand communication: Strong written communication skills and the ability to represent a brand professionally and effectively with external partners.
- Relevant experience: 1-3 years of experience in marketing, sales, partnerships, project coordination, or a related field is a plus.
- Sales experience: Experience conducting sales, business development, discovery, or other customer-facing calls is an advantage.
- Language skills: French and English proficiency, both written and verbal, is a plus.
- Industry exposure: Experience working in or with trust-based industries such as finance, law, or healthcare is advantageous.
- Work authorization: Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
- Salary: CAD $50,000-$60,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
