This is a temporary, full-time opportunity for a Recruiting Coordinator supporting a customer project for approximately 4-6 months. You will provide essential administrative and operational support throughout the recruitment lifecycle. The role offers hands-on exposure to candidate pipeline management, screening, scheduling, and recruitment operations. You will help ensure candidate information remains accurate and hiring activities move forward efficiently. The position also involves collaborating across teams, supporting onboarding, and contributing to special projects. Accountabilities
- Support the recruitment team with employment-related research, administrative activities, and day-to-day operational tasks throughout the hiring process.
- Assist with candidate screening and initial outreach, helping assess qualifications, availability, and interest in opportunities.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS), including contact information, notes, preferences, and other relevant details.
- Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews, introductions, and other recruitment-related meetings.
- Participate in cross-training initiatives and provide flexible support across recruitment and operational functions as business needs evolve.
- Contribute to special projects, assignments, and process-improvement initiatives as needed.
- Support onboarding and training activities for new team members and assist with reviewing work outputs when assigned.
- Help identify, address, and resolve operational issues or escalations appropriately.
- Provide backup support for a supervisor or manager when required.
- At least 1 year of administrative or operational experience, ideally in a recruitment, staffing, or professional services environment.
- General understanding of business functions, organizational strategy, policies, procedures, and how individual responsibilities contribute to broader business outcomes.
- Comfortable working with electronic hardware, applicant tracking systems, and other software applications relevant to recruitment operations.
- Highly organized and able to work independently, recognize business needs, and proactively take action.
- Strong ability to gather, evaluate, and communicate relevant facts and data when addressing questions or issues.
- Sound judgment and the ability to make high-quality decisions while meeting deadlines.
- Strong planning, prioritization, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
- Customer-focused approach with the ability to understand and respond effectively to stakeholder needs and expectations.
- Clear and professional communication skills, with confidence engaging in dialogue with candidates, colleagues, and other stakeholders.

- Annualized pay range of $50,000-$55,000, prorated according to the length of the 4-6 month temporary assignment.
