This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Revenue Operations Lead based in the United States.
The Revenue Operations Lead will serve as the connective tissue across Commercial teams, bringing together systems, data, processes, and technology to build a scalable revenue engine.
You will own the day-to-day commercial technology environment while ensuring CRM data remains accurate, connected, and actionable.
The role combines hands-on systems administration with pipeline reporting, forecasting, deal operations, and cross-functional analysis.
You will partner closely with Sales, Account Management, Marketing, and Finance to improve visibility, operational discipline, and revenue predictability.
You will also help standardize sales processes, strengthen handoffs, and develop scalable workflows and playbooks that support the full revenue lifecycle.
As an AI-enabled operator, you will use modern AI tools to accelerate analysis, documentation, automation, and workflow improvements.

Accountabilities:
- Own the day-to-day administration of HubSpot and Airtable, including object configuration, field management, workflows, permissions, integrations, and data quality.
- Maintain accurate account, contact, and opportunity data by managing deduplication, required fields, automations, and other data governance processes.
- Manage integrations across HubSpot, Airtable, Gong, and other go-to-market tools to maintain a reliable source of truth for commercial teams.
- Manage vendor relationships across the commercial technology stack, including renewals, contract terms, support escalations, and integration roadmaps.
- Evaluate new commercial tools and lead implementation, training, rollout, and adoption as the go-to-market organization evolves.
- Build and maintain pipeline, funnel, forecast, and coverage reporting used for weekly commercial management and quarterly planning.
- Partner with Commercial leadership to identify pipeline risks, opportunities, and trends before they materially impact results.
- Develop and improve attribution models that clarify which sales and marketing channels are generating pipeline and where conversion opportunities exist.
- Collaborate with Finance to align pipeline, forecasting, bookings, and revenue reporting so commercial and finance teams operate from consistent data.
- Document sales processes, stage definitions, exit criteria, workflows, SOPs, and playbooks that enable a repeatable and scalable sales motion.
- Own key handoffs across the revenue lifecycle, including Marketing-to-Sales and Sales-to-Implementation transitions.
- Optimize operational workflows for pricing approvals, contract routing, and order form generation in coordination with Finance.
- Partner with Marketing on sales enablement, including playbooks, collateral, training, and tooling, while creating feedback loops to improve future enablement efforts.
- Use Gong and conversation intelligence insights to identify coaching opportunities and provide actionable information to sales leadership.
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses covering areas such as deal scoring, win/loss trends, campaign performance, and representative productivity.
- Translate leadership questions into clean, repeatable reporting that enables greater self-service across the organization.
- Use Claude and similar AI tools to analyze data, draft documentation, build automations, accelerate analysis, and identify opportunities for AI-assisted RevOps workflows.
- Establish appropriate guardrails to ensure AI-enabled processes remain reliable, accurate, and useful.
- 3-5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, preferably within a B2B SaaS or healthcare technology environment.
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot, including workflows, custom properties, reporting, and integrations; HubSpot certification is a plus.
- Experience working with flexible or non-traditional CRM environments, with Airtable or similar tools such as Notion databases, Smartsheet, or custom-built systems considered a strong advantage.
- Strong analytical skills, including advanced Excel capabilities, pivot tables, lookups, and sound judgment when determining the appropriate level of analytical rigor.
- Familiarity with Gong or another conversation intelligence platform.
- Proven ability to use Claude or similar AI tools to analyze information across systems, improve workflows, and accelerate day-to-day analytical work.
- Excellent written communication and documentation skills, with the ability to make processes clear and accessible to others.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive mindset toward identifying and resolving data, workflow, and reporting issues.
- SQL proficiency and experience working with a business intelligence platform such as Sigma, Looker, Tableau, or Mode.
- Experience supporting commercial teams in healthcare, healthtech, or other regulated industries is a plus.
- Knowledge of revenue forecasting methodologies, including weighted pipeline, commit/best case, and top-down versus bottom-up reconciliation, is preferred.
- Experience establishing or scaling a Revenue Operations function within an early-stage company is a plus.
- Strong collaboration, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fully remote environment within the United States.

- Base salary range of $110,000-$130,000, with final compensation determined based on experience, skills, and organizational needs.
