Senior IntelliMatch Developer

In this role, you will develop, customize, and support reconciliation systems using IntelliMatch to help clients automate and optimize critical financial processes. You will combine hands-on application development with configuration, troubleshooting, data analysis, and system maintenance. The role involves close collaboration with clients and internal teams to translate business needs into practical technical solutions. You’ll work across development, testing, and production environments while maintaining reliable documentation and data setups. This is a hands-on opportunity for an experienced IntelliMatch professional seeking autonomy, diverse projects, and exposure to international teams.

Accountabilities

• Develop, configure, customize, and maintain IntelliMatch solutions according to client requirements and reconciliation needs.
• Configure key system components, including users, accounts, and automated matching rules.
• Analyze business and technical requirements and implement solutions that simplify, streamline, and automate reconciliation processes.
• Provide ongoing application support, including system maintenance, troubleshooting, issue resolution, and performance improvements.
• Deploy and manage static data configurations across development, testing, and production environments.
• Perform data analysis and investigate reconciliation-related issues to identify appropriate solutions.
• Collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to understand requirements, clarify priorities, and align on technical solutions.
• Create, maintain, and update accurate technical and system documentation.
• Follow Agile methodologies and contribute effectively within an Agile project environment.
• Manage multiple priorities independently while maintaining high standards of accuracy, reliability, and delivery.
• Work according to UK business hours to support international stakeholders and project requirements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience working with IntelliMatch, with experience on version 19 or later.
• Proven experience in system maintenance, application support, and data analysis.
• Strong practical knowledge of IntelliMatch, Oracle EBS, or comparable reconciliation and financial systems.
• Solid SQL skills and the ability to analyze and work with structured financial data.
• Experience creating or working with Excel Macros is desirable.
• Familiarity with financial systems, reconciliation processes, and financial technology environments is a strong advantage.
• Experience working in Agile environments is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, particularly when handling financial data, system configurations, and reconciliation rules.
• Proactive approach to problem-solving, troubleshooting, and continuous system improvement.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities while meeting project and client expectations.
• Comfortable working independently while collaborating effectively with distributed teams.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with clients and colleagues.
• Adaptable mindset and willingness to take ownership of technical responsibilities and client-facing requirements.
