The Senior Product Designer II will shape product experiences focused on improving order quality and creating better outcomes for users. This role offers the opportunity to tackle complex customer and operational challenges through thoughtful, intuitive, and scalable product design. Accountabilities:

• Lead end-to-end product design initiatives focused on order quality, from understanding customer and business problems through research, ideation, prototyping, validation, and final delivery.
• Partner closely with Product and Engineering teams to define problems, explore solutions, establish product direction, and deliver thoughtful experiences that balance customer needs with business and technical considerations.
• Translate complex or ambiguous challenges into clear user experiences, interaction models, and scalable design solutions that can support evolving product requirements.
• Advocate for customers throughout the product development lifecycle by using research, qualitative insights, data, and product feedback to inform design decisions.
• Develop high-quality design concepts and prototypes, communicate design rationale clearly, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to iterate toward effective solutions.
• Contribute to broader product and design strategy by identifying opportunities to improve order quality, customer experiences, and the overall effectiveness of the product ecosystem.
• Work effectively within a flexible, distributed environment while maintaining strong communication, collaboration, and alignment across teams and stakeholders.
• Help foster an inclusive design culture by bringing diverse perspectives to problem solving and contributing to a collaborative environment where different experiences and ideas are valued.

Requirements:

• Demonstrate strong experience in product design, with the ability to independently own complex design problems and drive them from early discovery through execution.
• Bring a strong portfolio demonstrating thoughtful product design, interaction design, problem solving, and the ability to create intuitive experiences for real-world customer needs.
• Have strong product thinking and the ability to understand customer problems, business objectives, technical constraints, and operational considerations when developing design solutions.
• Demonstrate excellent collaboration and communication skills, with experience working closely with Product, Engineering, and other cross-functional stakeholders.
• Be comfortable navigating ambiguity and transforming complex problems into clear, scalable, and user-centered product experiences.
• Demonstrate strong visual and interaction design judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate design decisions and trade-offs effectively.
• Show customer empathy, curiosity, and a data-informed approach to design, using research and product insights to continuously improve experiences.
• Be comfortable working autonomously in a flexible or remote environment while maintaining strong ownership, organization, and follow-through.
