Jobgether is a Belgian recruitment platform built entirely around remote and flexible work, aggregating openings from thousands of employers that allow work from outside an office. Its matching engine ranks roles against a candidate's skills, seniority and stated preferences on location and flexibility, rather than leaving people to filter a keyword search, and it verifies how genuinely remote each posting is. The company also runs an AI screening layer that shortlists applicants for employers, and publishes research and guidance on distributed work practices alongside the job marketplace itself.

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Product Manager, Order Quality based in United States.

This role leads the vision, strategy, and execution of products focused on improving fulfillment order quality and customer satisfaction. You will shape experiences that help customers discover items, communicate preferences, and navigate replacement workflows with greater confidence. The position sits at the intersection of customer, shopper, retailer, and operational experiences in a complex physical environment. You will own a product roadmap from discovery through scaled launch, using data and experimentation to drive measurable outcomes. Close collaboration with engineering, design, research, data science, operations, partnerships, legal, and privacy teams will be central to your work. The role also provides an opportunity to explore AI and LLM technologies to improve product experiences. Success will require strong product judgment, analytical rigor, stakeholder influence, and an ability to move quickly while maintaining high standards.

Accountabilities:

    • Own the end-to-end product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Order Quality within a fulfillment environment.
    • Drive product initiatives from early discovery and concept development through execution, launch, iteration, and scaled adoption.
    • Identify opportunities to improve item discovery, replacement workflows, and customer preference management.
    • Develop experiences that support reliable fulfillment for customers and retailers while enabling efficient picking workflows for shoppers.
    • Partner with design and user research teams to understand customer and shopper needs and translate insights into product opportunities.
    • Build a deep understanding of in-store retail and fulfillment experiences to inform product decisions.
    • Define clear product success metrics aligned with engagement, conversion, retention, customer satisfaction, and commercial outcomes.
    • Establish and manage a rigorous experimentation program, including A/B and multivariate testing.
    • Use quantitative and qualitative data to prioritize initiatives, evaluate results, and make informed product tradeoffs.
    • Explore and incorporate AI and LLM technologies where they can meaningfully improve shopper and customer experiences.
    • Collaborate with engineering, data science, operations, partnerships, legal, and privacy teams to deliver products responsibly and at scale.
    • Balance product velocity with quality, reliability, privacy, and compliance considerations.
    • Build alignment among diverse stakeholders and communicate product decisions, priorities, risks, and tradeoffs clearly.
    • Drive execution across cross-functional teams without relying on direct authority.
    • Continuously refine product strategy based on experimentation, customer insights, business results, and changing market needs.
    • Maintain a high bar for customer experience and measurable business impact in a fast-paced environment.
    • Requirements:

      • 4+ years of professional product management experience, ideally involving operationally complex physical environments.
      • Demonstrated experience building and launching products end-to-end, from early concepts through scaled delivery.
      • Strong understanding of product strategy, roadmap development, prioritization, experimentation, and lifecycle management.
      • Highly data-literate, with the ability to use analytics and experimentation to identify opportunities and make sound product decisions.
      • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, particularly when navigating ambiguous or evolving requirements.
      • Ability to define meaningful product metrics and use A/B testing or multivariate testing to evaluate product improvements.
      • Strong understanding of customer and user experiences, with a focus on delivering measurable customer and commercial outcomes.
      • Experience collaborating closely with engineering and design teams to bring complex products to market.
      • Ability to work effectively with data science, operations, partnerships, legal, privacy, and other cross-functional stakeholders.
      • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex ideas clearly.
      • Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and align teams around shared goals without direct reporting authority.
      • Strong prioritization skills and the ability to make clear tradeoffs in a fast-moving environment.
      • Entrepreneurial mindset and comfort operating in evolving, high-growth environments.
      • High standards for product quality, execution, customer experience, and business impact.
      • Experience with fulfillment products or operationally complex products is valuable.
      • Interest or experience in emerging technologies, including AI and LLM-powered product experiences, is valuable.
      • Benefits:

        • Annual base salary range of $194,000-$204,500 CAD for successful candidates based in Canada.
        • Eligibility for a new-hire equity grant and annual equity refresh grants.
        • Competitive compensation and benefits based on permanent work location.
        • Flex First work model, providing flexibility to work remotely or from an office while maintaining connection through in-person events.
        • Remote work currently available to employees located in Ontario, Alberta, British Columbia, or Nova Scotia.
        • Comprehensive employee benefits and wellness offerings.
        • Additional benefits and programs designed to support employees across different stages of their careers and lives.
