Jobgether is a Belgian recruitment platform built entirely around remote and flexible work, aggregating openings from thousands of employers that allow work from outside an office. Its matching engine ranks roles against a candidate's skills, seniority and stated preferences on location and flexibility, rather than leaving people to filter a keyword search, and it verifies how genuinely remote each posting is. The company also runs an AI screening layer that shortlists applicants for employers, and publishes research and guidance on distributed work practices alongside the job marketplace itself.

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Project Manager - West GSI based in the United States.

This is a senior leadership opportunity focused on delivering complex electrical substation projects for utility and data center customers.

You will own projects from initiation through closeout, with accountability for safety, quality, schedule, cost, risk, and customer satisfaction.

The role requires strong EPC expertise across high-voltage power systems and the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams in demanding environments.

You will serve as a trusted customer-facing leader, managing expectations, resolving issues, and building long-term stakeholder relationships.

The position combines operational leadership with financial, commercial, contractual, and risk-management responsibilities.

You will collaborate across engineering, procurement, manufacturing, field services, subcontractors, and customer organizations to drive successful execution.

Working fully remotely, you will support customers and project teams across the West Coast while traveling up to 25% as required.
