This role offers the opportunity to turn customer, product, and sales data into clear insights that influence business decisions. You’ll partner closely with analytics leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to investigate business questions and uncover meaningful trends. The position combines hands-on data analysis, reporting, dashboard development, and strategic storytelling. You’ll work with customer engagement, product adoption, account performance, retention, cross-sell, upsell, and churn data. Your analysis will support both recurring business reviews and ad hoc strategic initiatives. The role is suited to an analytical, detail-oriented professional who enjoys connecting data with real-world commercial outcomes.
Accountabilities
Partner with analytics leadership to translate business priorities and questions into structured, decision-ready analysis.
Analyze customer engagement, product adoption, and account-level performance to identify trends and insights that can inform sales and retention strategies.
Own monthly and quarterly reporting for key sales and customer metrics, including cross-sell, upsell, and churn.
Extract, transform, and analyze data from Snowflake and other cloud-based data sources for recurring reporting and ad hoc business requests.
Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports using modern business intelligence tools, transforming complex datasets into clear and actionable views.
Develop data-driven presentations and insights for senior leadership, helping communicate the story behind sales, customer, and product performance trends.
Establish and use standardized metric definitions aligned with stakeholder expectations and data governance practices.
Build strong relationships with sales, customer success, analytics, and other cross-functional teams to improve understanding of customer behavior and engagement drivers.
Investigate business questions using structured hypotheses, quantitative analysis, and relevant customer or account-level data.
Maintain a high standard of accuracy, consistency, documentation, and quality across reporting and analytical deliverables.
4-7 years of experience in sales analytics, revenue analytics, customer analytics, or a closely related field, with exposure to customer engagement and account-level data.
Demonstrated experience analyzing customer success metrics, product usage, engagement trends, and commercial performance to support business decisions.
Strong SQL skills and hands-on experience working with Snowflake or a comparable cloud data warehouse.
Proficiency with modern BI platforms such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker, including dashboards, calculations, visualizations, and data models.
Ability to approach business questions analytically, formulate hypotheses, validate them with data, and communicate actionable conclusions.
Strong ability to translate technical or complex analytical findings into clear, compelling narratives for non-technical stakeholders and senior leaders.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across sales, customer success, analytics, and other business functions.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to data quality and process consistency.
Working knowledge of data governance principles, policies, standards, and standardized metric definitions.
Comfortable operating in a collaborative, fast-moving environment while managing multiple priorities and analytical requests.
Preferred: experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
Preferred: exposure to modern data-stack technologies such as Snowflake, dbt, or comparable tools.
Preferred: bachelor's degree or equivalent academic background.
