This is a senior-level consulting role focused on helping organizations maximize the strategic value of Oracle HCM Cloud.
You’ll act as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders, connecting business strategy, transformation goals, and technology architecture.
The role spans large-scale enterprise programs, with responsibility for shaping future-state operating models, solution strategies, and transformation roadmaps.
You’ll provide architectural leadership across multiple workstreams while helping clients navigate complex decisions, risks, and organizational change.
Beyond delivery, you’ll contribute to strategic presales, business growth, executive advisory, and the development of consulting capabilities.
You’ll also mentor Solution Architects and delivery teams while establishing strong architectural and implementation practices.

Accountabilities
- Serve as a trusted strategic advisor to executive stakeholders throughout Oracle HCM Cloud transformation and implementation initiatives.
- Lead strategic discovery sessions to understand organizational objectives, business challenges, risks, opportunities, and transformation priorities.
- Guide executive decision-making around business transformation, operating model evolution, implementation strategy, organizational readiness, and technology direction.
- Define future-state business capabilities and transformation roadmaps aligned with organizational goals and long-term priorities.
- Support or lead executive steering committees, governance meetings, strategic presentations, and complex stakeholder discussions.
- Provide architectural leadership across large-scale Oracle HCM Cloud programs spanning multiple functional areas and workstreams.
- Evaluate complex requirements and organizational challenges to develop scalable, sustainable transformation strategies.
- Partner with Solution Architects and delivery teams to maintain consistency across solution design decisions and architectural standards.
- Identify cross-functional dependencies, risks, and impacts while guiding decisions that influence long-term business and technology outcomes.
- Develop implementation, adoption, optimization, and transformation roadmaps that balance business priorities, organizational maturity, risk, and resource constraints.
- Align client strategies with Oracle product innovation, industry practices, and opportunities for long-term optimization beyond the initial implementation.
- Lead strategic presales engagements, discovery conversations, solution workshops, executive presentations, and client strategy sessions.
- Partner with sales leadership to define engagement scope, assumptions, estimates, statements of work, and overall transformation vision.
- Clearly communicate business value, expected transformation outcomes, and potential return on investment to prospective and existing clients.
- Identify opportunities to expand client relationships through additional transformation initiatives and consulting services.
- Mentor and coach Solution Architects and delivery professionals on solution design, stakeholder management, and transformation strategy.
- Contribute to architectural standards, delivery methodologies, reusable frameworks, strategic assets, and broader consulting practice development.
- 8+ years of experience with Oracle HCM Cloud, including significant experience in solution architecture and transformational advisory roles.
- Deep expertise across multiple Oracle HCM Cloud modules and comprehensive understanding of end-to-end HCM processes.
- Proven experience leading large-scale enterprise transformation and Oracle HCM implementation programs.
- Demonstrated success working with executive stakeholders and facilitating strategic business and technology discussions.
- Experience defining future-state operating models, implementation strategies, transformation roadmaps, and organizational readiness plans.
- Strong presales, discovery, consulting, and client advisory experience, with the ability to connect technology solutions to measurable business outcomes.
- Ability to lead and influence across multiple workstreams within complex organizational environments.
- Exceptional communication, facilitation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Oracle HCM Cloud certifications across multiple modules are preferred.
- Experience leading global or highly complex enterprise HCM transformations is preferred.
- Demonstrated experience mentoring Solution Architects and delivery teams is preferred.
- Experience supporting business development initiatives and strategic sales pursuits is preferred.
- Consulting experience that combines hands-on solution delivery with executive-level advisory services is highly valued.
- Candidates should be comfortable working remotely while traveling up to 25% for client on-site engagements, including travel to the United States.
- Candidates based in Canada must be legally eligible to travel to the United States for required business activities. U.S. work visa sponsorship, including TN or L-1 sponsorship where required, is not available.

- Base compensation of US$160,000-$185,000, depending on location, skills, experience, role factors, and other considerations.
