Senior Solutions Consultant

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Solutions Consultant based in India.

This is a customer-facing professional services role focused on delivering enterprise SaaS implementations for B2B customers.

You’ll take ownership of assigned workstreams across new implementations, enhancements, and platform expansions.

The role combines functional consulting, solution configuration, data migration, testing, and direct stakeholder engagement.

You’ll work closely with customers to understand requirements, translate business needs into practical solutions, and guide them through key project milestones.

The position offers broad exposure to enterprise business processes, integrations, reporting, and modern ecosystem-driven go-to-market models.

You’ll also contribute to team development by mentoring junior consultants and sharing expertise across project teams.

Accountabilities

• Execute implementation activities across new customer projects, enhancements, and expansions spanning enterprise, ecosystem, marketplace, and hyperscaler solutions.
• Develop deep expertise in the platform, underlying data model, business processes, prescriptive solution packages, and implementation methodology.
• Configure data models, templates, integrations, reports, and other solution components according to project requirements and guidance from senior engagement leadership.
• Own customer-facing delivery for assigned workstreams by conducting working sessions, gathering requirements, presenting solutions, and managing stakeholder expectations.
• Participate in and facilitate key implementation activities, including Conference Room Pilots (CRP), System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and go-live or cutover activities.
• Document functional requirements, configuration specifications, process designs, and test cases based on customer inputs and project requirements.
• Support data conversion and migration activities, including data mapping, cleansing, validation, and load verification from legacy systems.
• Contribute to project status reporting, customer meetings, and delivery communications while keeping stakeholders informed of progress, risks, and dependencies.
• Manage assigned tasks and deliverables within agreed timelines, proactively identifying and escalating blockers when necessary.
• Mentor and support junior consultants by reviewing work, sharing functional and technical knowledge, and helping them develop platform expertise.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and support teams to investigate, track, and resolve product issues and customer questions.
• Follow established implementation methodologies and proactively recommend improvements to delivery templates, processes, and best practices.
• Apply AI-powered tools for documentation, testing, project management, and other professional services activities where they can improve delivery speed and quality.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of professional services experience working with leading CRM, ERP, enterprise software, or B2B SaaS applications.
• Proven hands-on experience implementing end-to-end business processes and delivering enterprise application projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Practical experience with CRP, SIT, UAT, project status reporting, go-live activities, and other core implementation processes.
• Strong techno-functional understanding of the enterprise applications and business processes you have implemented.
• Experience with data conversion and migration projects, including mapping, cleansing, validation, and legacy-system transition activities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain product capabilities, solutions, project status, and technical concepts to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to independently manage assigned deliverables, prioritize work, identify risks, and escalate issues appropriately.
• Familiarity with partner ecosystems, co-selling, channel sales, or alliance management is a strong advantage.
• Understanding of how technology companies collaborate with partners to generate joint revenue is highly beneficial.
• Experience with integration middleware such as webMethods or Microsoft Power Automate is a plus.
• Exposure to programming or scripting languages such as Python, Java, Shell Scripting, or PL/SQL is advantageous.
• Knowledge of Salesforce CRM is a plus.
• Familiarity with AI-powered professional services tools, including automated documentation, intelligent testing assistance, or project management solutions, and an interest in experimenting with emerging AI capabilities.
• Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively with customers, consultants, product teams, engineering teams, and support functions.
