This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Technical Account Manager based in United States.
This role is an opportunity to become a trusted technical advisor to strategic and enterprise customers throughout their post-sales journey. You’ll own customer relationships, accelerate platform adoption, and connect technical capabilities to measurable business outcomes. You’ll help customers improve operational maturity across containerization, CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code, and cloud-native development. The role combines strategic account management with hands-on technical guidance, proactive risk management, and executive engagement. You’ll also contribute to scalable enablement programs, best practices, and frameworks that elevate customer success across the broader organization.

- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical practitioners and executive stakeholders.
