This is an on-site retail operations role focused on inventory management and administrative support within a store environment.
You’ll be responsible for receiving, checking, organizing, and controlling products while maintaining accurate stock records.
The role combines hands-on inventory activities with administrative routines and support for the sales team.
You’ll help ensure products are properly stored, transferred, documented, and available when needed.
Attention to detail and organization will be essential when handling daily stock counts, shipments, payments, and documentation.
You’ll also interact with other stores, customers, logistics teams, and internal departments through different communication channels.

Accountabilities
Organize and maintain the store's inventory and display areas.
Receive and inspect products delivered by the logistics team, ensuring correct quantities and proper storage according to established procedures.
Perform daily inventory counts and help maintain accurate stock records.
Monitor products sent to other stores and customers, ensuring appropriate tracking and documentation.
Respond to requests from other stores and provide support through telephone and Outlook email.
Monitor and control store-related expenses.
Process customer payments using credit cards, debit cards, cash, and checks.
Prepare and dispatch internal packages and documents through established logistics procedures.
Register jewelry and watch repairs in the company's computerized system for submission to the workshop.
Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team.
Issue invoices for merchandise shipments through Correios and transfers to the Orders department when required.
Help maintain an organized, efficient, and compliant store operation.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience and familiarity with administrative routines.
Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office.
Strong organization and attention to detail, particularly when handling inventory and financial or operational records.
Ability to work accurately with product counts, documentation, payments, and stock movements.
Good communication skills and ability to interact professionally with colleagues, customers, and other stores.
Availability to work flexible schedules, including weekends.
Proactive and responsible approach to daily operational tasks.
Ability to work effectively in a retail environment with multiple concurrent priorities.
