You’ll lead sophisticated sales cycles from opportunity qualification and proof of concept through business cases, negotiation, and contract execution.
Working cross-functionally with sales engineering, analytics, product, marketing, and partners, you’ll influence outcomes across a complex stakeholder environment.

Accountabilities
- Manage a strategic customer portfolio spanning the US and Canada, developing relationships and identifying opportunities to expand existing business.
- Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales quotas, revenue targets, and strategic business objectives.
- Generate new license revenue within assigned accounts and territory through proactive prospecting, account development, and strategic opportunity creation.
- Develop and execute territory and account plans designed to deliver predictable annual growth.
- Build trusted relationships with executive-level buyers and key stakeholders, positioning yourself as a strategic advisor rather than a transactional salesperson.
- Apply consultative, solution-selling, and ROI-driven methodologies to demonstrate the business value of enterprise fraud risk and authentication solutions.
- Own the complete enterprise sales cycle, including opportunity identification and qualification, proof of concept, business-case development, ROI analysis, pricing, licensing, negotiation, and contract execution.
- Partner with sales engineers and analytical teams to coordinate proofs of concept, evaluate outcomes, and present compelling results to customers.
- Deliver effective product and solution demonstrations tailored to customer needs, business challenges, and executive audiences.
- Maintain disciplined and accurate opportunity forecasting, pipeline management, and activity reporting through Salesforce.
- Monitor competitive dynamics, emerging fraud risks, industry developments, and technology trends to strengthen account strategies and customer conversations.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, product management, marketing, partners, alliances, and other internal stakeholders to deliver coordinated customer outcomes.
- Manage multiple complex opportunities simultaneously, prioritizing activities and maintaining momentum toward key deadlines and commercial objectives.
- 8+ years of experience in strategic sales, enterprise sales, business development, account management, or a related technology-focused commercial role.
- Proven track record of successful enterprise selling, business development, executive-level influence, negotiation, and relationship management.
- Demonstrated success closing complex license transactions valued at $1M+.
- Extensive experience managing strategic accounts, growing existing business, and nurturing long-term customer relationships.
- Experience selling complex technology solutions to executive buyers and senior decision-makers.
- Strong ability to qualify customer needs, business challenges, budget, timelines, decision authority, and the potential value of a proposed solution.
- Demonstrated ability to self-prospect and build qualified pipeline while working effectively with BDRs and broader sales teams.
- Strong technology acumen and the ability to articulate a compelling solution value proposition in business and financial terms.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, including the ability to construct compelling financial business cases and ROI analyses.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and executive presence skills.
- Ability to manage multiple complex opportunities, set priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain strong execution across the customer lifecycle.
- Highly collaborative approach, with experience working cross-functionally across engineering, marketing, product, partners, alliances, and other internal teams.
- Self-driven, resilient, adaptable, and comfortable operating in environments characterized by change and ambiguity.
- Resourceful and curious, with a strong ability to learn new technologies, uncover creative solutions, and overcome challenging sales situations.

- Competitive Canadian base salary of CAD $200,000-$225,000 annually, with actual offers based on experience, education, skills, scope, and business considerations.
