Profile match
Jobgether is a Belgian recruitment platform built entirely around remote and flexible work, aggregating openings from thousands of employers that allow work from outside an office. Its matching engine ranks roles against a candidate's skills, seniority and stated preferences on location and flexibility, rather than leaving people to filter a keyword search, and it verifies how genuinely remote each posting is. The company also runs an AI screening layer that shortlists applicants for employers, and publishes research and guidance on distributed work practices alongside the job marketplace itself.

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Strategic Partnership Manager based in the United States.

This fully remote role offers the opportunity to shape and grow strategic relationships across the property and casualty insurance ecosystem.

You’ll serve as a key connection between carrier, reinsurance, broker, distribution, and internal teams across Homeowners, Commercial, and Flood programs.

The role combines strategic relationship management with hands-on ownership of product implementation, compliance, reporting, and capacity management.

You’ll translate business and underwriting needs into actionable technical requirements while helping ensure products remain accurate, compliant, and competitive.

Your work will directly contribute to operational excellence, partner satisfaction, and the identification of new opportunities for business growth.

The environment is fast-paced, technology-driven, collaborative, and well suited to someone who enjoys balancing strategic thinking with detailed execution.

Occasional travel for business activities, team meetings, and training will be required.

Accountabilities

    • Serve as the primary liaison for carrier partners throughout product implementation, ongoing service, and capacity management.
    • Develop and maintain detailed product specifications, translating business and underwriting requirements into clear technical deliverables for development teams.
    • Own the product lifecycle, coordinating updates and ensuring changes are accurately communicated and implemented across systems and partners.
    • Manage underwriting guidelines in collaboration with sales and underwriting teams to maintain alignment across stakeholders.
    • Lead the implementation and ongoing maintenance of policy forms, ensuring accuracy and compliance with carrier and regulatory requirements.
    • Coordinate carrier and regulatory audits, monitor findings, and drive timely resolution of outstanding issues.
    • Manage inquiries from state insurance departments and oversee required Department of Insurance reporting.
    • Develop and manage relationship performance reports, using data to monitor the health and success of carrier programs.
    • Present quarterly program results to carrier partners and their reinsurance panels.
    • Work with brokers to compile information for annual reinsurance submissions and respond to broker and reinsurer requests.
    • Identify and pursue opportunities for additional capacity through new carriers, products, programs, or geographic expansion.
    • Collaborate across sales, underwriting, product, compliance, and development teams to ensure effective execution of strategic initiatives.
    • Requirements

      • Experience in carrier management, program management, or product management within the P&C insurance industry; Homeowners, Commercial, and/or Flood experience is preferred.
      • Strong understanding of insurance product lifecycles, underwriting guidelines, policy forms, and related operational processes.
      • Familiarity with reinsurance submission processes and experience working with brokers and reinsurers.
      • Experience working with regulatory bodies, including Department of Insurance inquiries, reporting, compliance, and audit processes.
      • Demonstrated ability to translate business and underwriting requirements into clear, actionable specifications for technical and development teams.
      • Strong relationship-management skills with the ability to establish credibility and maintain productive partnerships across internal and external stakeholders.
      • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex insurance, technical, underwriting, and regulatory topics to varied audiences.
      • Strong project coordination and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives, priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
      • Analytical and detail-oriented approach, with the ability to interpret reporting data, identify risks or concerns, and recommend practical solutions.
      • Strategic, proactive, adaptable, and resourceful mindset with a demonstrated interest in identifying opportunities that support capacity and business growth.
      • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
      • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams and Slack.
      • Reliable high-speed internet connection and a designated quiet workspace suitable for remote work.
      • Ability to travel occasionally for day-to-day business needs, team meetings, and training.
      • Must be based in one of the following eligible U.S. states: AL, AZ, FL, GA, KY, LA, MA, MO, NC, NJ, NY, OH, OR, PA, SC, TX, UT, VA, WA, or WI.
      • Benefits

        • Fully remote, U.S.-based work opportunity.
        • Competitive annual compensation based on skills, qualifications, and experience.
        • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage.
        • Company-paid short- and long-term disability coverage, with voluntary long-term disability options.
        • Company-paid employee life and AD&D insurance, with voluntary coverage options for employees, spouses, and children.
        • Healthcare, dependent care, and transit Flexible Spending Accounts, plus a Health Savings Account.
        • 401(k) plan with a generous company matching contribution and no vesting schedule.
        • 20 days of annual paid time off, prorated based on hire date.
        • Company-paid holidays plus two additional “Choose Your Own Holidays.”
        • Opportunity to work in a technology-focused, fast-moving environment with meaningful exposure to insurance partnerships, product strategy, and business growth.
        • Occasional travel opportunities for team collaboration, training, and business activities.
