Working across engineering, architecture, security, operations, vendors, and business teams, you will drive products from discovery through production.
You’ll own product vision, roadmaps, prioritization, and adoption while ensuring every initiative delivers meaningful business value.
The environment combines Agile delivery, modern cloud technologies, data-driven decision-making, and complex stakeholder collaboration.
You’ll also help strengthen product management practices and mentor developing product professionals across the IT organization.
This is a fully remote opportunity with broad visibility and the autonomy to influence technology strategy at scale.
Accountabilities
- Define and own the vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for assigned enterprise IT products and platforms, such as identity and access management, digital workplace solutions, integrations, data platforms, security tooling, and cloud services.
- Translate business needs, user requirements, and technical constraints into clear product requirements, user stories, and prioritized backlogs.
- Lead product planning and prioritization using business value, stakeholder input, data, and organizational objectives to determine where investment should be focused.
- Partner with engineering, architecture, security, operations, vendors, and business subject-matter experts to deliver high-quality products and releases on schedule and within budget.
- Serve as Product Owner within Agile delivery teams by clarifying scope, managing sprint priorities, accepting deliverables, and removing delivery blockers.
- Drive product adoption and organizational change through stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and adoption measurement.
- Establish and monitor product KPIs, leverage analytics to guide decisions, and communicate product performance and outcomes to leadership.
- Manage relevant third-party vendors and product lifecycles, including requirements gathering, RFP processes, contract alignment, and performance reviews.
- Ensure products and solutions meet applicable security, privacy, compliance, accessibility, and risk-management requirements.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and strengthen product management governance, standards, and best practices across IT.
- Mentor and coach junior product managers while contributing to a strong, collaborative product management culture.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- 5+ years of product management experience in IT or technology environments, with demonstrated ownership of enterprise IT products or platforms.
- Proven success delivering complex, multi-stakeholder technology initiatives from discovery and planning through production and adoption.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, Agile methodologies, and modern cloud-native architectures.
- Technical fluency sufficient to engage effectively with engineering, architecture, security, and other technical teams while translating complex concepts for business stakeholders.
- Experience with data-driven product management, including defining KPIs, analyzing performance, and using insights to prioritize investments.
- Strong strategic thinking, business acumen, customer-centricity, and ability to connect technology initiatives to measurable organizational value.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence without direct authority and build consensus across diverse groups.
- Strong prioritization, organization, time management, and problem-solving abilities, with comfort operating in ambiguous and evolving environments.
- Empathy for end users and a consistent focus on usability, adoption, outcomes, and measurable value.
- Experience with identity and access management, cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, integration platforms, IT service management, or enterprise data platforms is advantageous.
- Familiarity with security and compliance frameworks such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, or GDPR is preferred.
- Experience in a regulated industry or large global organization is a plus.
- An advanced degree such as an MBA or MS, or certifications such as CSPO, PMP, Pragmatic Institute, SAFe, or Product Owner credentials, is preferred.
- Base salary range of $94,500-$165,300, depending on experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and other applicable factors.
