Staff Engineer

Responsibilities:

• System Architecture: Could do end-to-end product thinking to produce ideal backend and frontend architecture. Translate UI/UX design wireframes into code, producing visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces. Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability. Create strategic plans to achieve the long-term vision while delivering shorter-term solutions that provide immediate value to our customers
• Customer Interaction: Engage with customers to understand their pain points and translate that to the right product feature set/priorities Collaborate on brainstorming sessions to devise innovative solutions that enhance the customer experience
• Critical Thinking: Apply critical thinking to problem-solving, starting from the ground up. Challenge existing solutions and propose novel approaches free from bias

Requirements:

• 8+ years of relevant professional full-time experience building systems.
• Proactive self-starter capable of independently solving problems.
• Write clean, maintainable, and functional code on the front end using React. js/front-end libraries and knowledge on the back-end using Python, Django, and PostgreSQL or any relevant backend stack.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues.
• Optimize the performance of the backend services (GCP, DBT).
