Technical Consultant (f/m/d)

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Technical Consultant (f/m/d) based in Brazil.

This is a hands-on technical support role focused on helping publishers, advertisers, and internal teams use digital marketing platforms and related systems effectively.

You’ll investigate technical issues, identify potential bugs, and ensure client accounts and applications run smoothly.

The role combines troubleshooting, testing, platform administration, customer service, and knowledge management.

You’ll act as a key link between account management and development teams, translating technical issues into actionable solutions.

You’ll also contribute to testing new features and delivering technical training to colleagues.

Accountabilities

• Provide high-level technical application support to internal colleagues, publishers, and advertisers through email, phone, and internal ticketing systems.
• Manage and resolve support tickets, investigating issues thoroughly and escalating complex technical problems or bugs when required.
• Identify technical defects and communicate findings clearly to development teams and other relevant stakeholders.
• Administer and maintain internal and external knowledge bases, ensuring technical information remains accurate and accessible.
• Test new developments, platform features, and technical changes to help ensure quality and reliability before release.
• Act as an effective intermediary between Account Managers and Developers, translating customer or business needs into clear technical information.
• Deliver technical training to internal colleagues and help improve their understanding of relevant systems and processes.
• Follow established procedures while identifying opportunities to improve support processes, documentation, and overall service quality.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a customer service, technical support, application support, or similar client-facing environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate issues methodically and identify appropriate solutions.
• Familiarity with web technologies and the ability to understand or work with languages such as HTML, ActionScript, and JavaScript.
• Knowledge of MySQL and experience writing SQL queries is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of the importance of processes, procedures, and consistent application of operational standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with managers, colleagues, external suppliers, publishers, and advertisers.
• Ability to work collaboratively across technical and non-technical teams while managing multiple requests and priorities.
• Interest in digital marketing, online platforms, and technology-driven customer experiences.
• Reliable, organized, and comfortable working in an environment that requires consistent attendance, accountability, and attention to detail.
