Customer Support Agent - Swedish Market

This is a great opportunity for a Swedish-speaking professional who enjoys handling a variety of tasks and learning new skills. As a Customer Support Agent for theSwedish Market, you will be the first point of contact for players, assisting with daily queries.

The role offers a salary of €25-28K, depending on experience.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming queries in Swedish and English via email and live chat

• Provide accurate support and guidance on game functionalities, promotions, and technical issues

• Assist customers in a friendly and efficient manner

• Perform KYC document checks

• Work closely with AML and RG teams

• Stay up-to-date with SGA regulatory compliance requirements

Requirements

• Previous experience in iGaming support

• Native or near-native Swedish, with excellent written communication

• Fluent in English, written and spoken

• Experience working with the SGA is a plus

• Understanding of basic KYC procedures

• Strong computer literacy

• Customer-first mindset, responsible and reliable

• Good communication and listening skills

• Able to work independently and as part of a team

About the role

• Salary of €25-28K + bonus based on KPIs

• Rotating shifts across all days of the week (no night shifts)

• Office-based in Sliema, Malta

• Preference is given to candidates with previous Customer Support experience within iGaming
