Regulatory Compliance Consultant

Our client, an international audit, tax, and advisory firm, is currently looking for aRegulatory Compliance Consultant to join their team. This is a great opportunity to play a key role in helping define the firm's approach to Governance, Risk, and Compliance, while supporting client-facing projects within a dynamic and supportive environment

This is ahybrid role offering a salary ofup to €35K.

Please note that due to the urgency of the role, only candidates who are already based in Europe can be considered.

Role & Responsibilities

• Guide clients through regulatory compliance obligations, covering data protection, AML, sanctions, and sector-specific requirements

• Design and implement policies, procedures, and controls

• Perform risk assessments and gap analyses to identify weaknesses in compliance and financial crime frameworks

• Assist with regulatory reporting while ensuring compliance with local and international standards

• Deliver training and awareness sessions covering compliance and financial crime matters

• Keep track of regulatory changes and advise on emerging risks and obligations

• Assist in audits, investigations, and remediation work tied to compliance breaches or financial crime incidents

Education, Skills & Experience

• 3+ years of experience in regulatory compliance, AML, or financial crime

• Bachelor (MQF Level 6) in Law, Criminology, Social Policy, Business Administration, or similar

• Fluency in English, both written and verbal

• Familiar with key regulatory standards such as FATF, EU AML directives, OFAC, GDPR, and/or applicable local frameworks

• Comfortable working with risk management methodologies and compliance monitoring systems

• Strong analytical thinker with sharp problem-solving and communication abilities

• Multitasking with ability to manage multiple projects
