Our client, a leading CSP and law firm in Valletta, is looking for anHR Executive to join their team. In this role, you will take on a wide range of HR operational and administrative tasks, contribute to strategic HR initiatives, and help ensure smooth HR processes, strong employee engagement and reliable service delivery.
This is a hybrid role, offering a salary of up to €36K.
Role & Responsibilities
Support day-to-day HR operations
Maintain accurate, up-to-date employee records across HR systems
Manage end-to-end recruitment: draft and post job adverts, screen applications, shortlist candidates and coordinate interviews
Act as the main point of contact for candidates throughout the process
Coordinate the employee lifecycle: onboarding, probation monitoring, evaluations, contract updates and offboarding
Prepare HR documentation, including contracts, letters, updates and policies
Schedule performance appraisals, training sessions and HR meetings
Maintain internal databases and HR systems
Coordinate internal events and wellbeing initiatives
Ensure compliance with HR procedures, company policies and Maltese employment law
Support HR projects and ad hoc departmental tasks
Education, Skills & Experience
2+ years of experience in a similar HR role - non-negotiable
Full professional proficiency in both English and Maltese, written and spoken - non-negotiable
Good understanding of end-to-end HR processes and industry best practices
Excellent organisational and administrative skills with a keen eye for detail
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to work independently and within a team
Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word and MS Outlook
Knowledge of Shireburn Software is a plus
High level of discretion and confidentiality
