Our client is a fast-growing financial services provider to the iGaming industry. It gives casino operators access to structured credit facilities backed by transparent reporting, continuous exposure monitoring and institutional-grade controls. The aim is to bring the structure and professionalism of mainstream lending to a part of the industry that has traditionally relied on informal arrangements.
Role & Responsibilities
As Operations Manager, you will make sure the business runs reliably every day. You will own the processes behind its facilities, from onboarding a new operator to settling every period accurately and keeping every position within its limits.
Run operator onboarding end to end: due diligence, KYC and KYB, licence checks, credit setup and go-live
Monitor operator volume and exposure daily, track usage against credit limits, and escalate early when a position needs attention
Run periodic settlement with operators and reconcile it against operator reporting and internal records
Produce clear, accurate reporting for operators, funders and the management team
Oversee payment and settlement flows across banking, payment and on-chain partners, and resolve failed or delayed transactions quickly
Support compliance with AML and KYC procedures, and keep records ready for audits and regulators
Write and maintain the runbooks, controls, incident procedures and dashboards that allow the operation to scale
Manage day-to-day relationships with banking, payment and platform partners
Help hire and train the operations team as the business grows
Education, Skills & Experience
4+ years in iGaming operations, with an operator, platform provider or payment provider
Hands-on experience with operator or player payments, settlement and reconciliation
Solid understanding of operator economics: GGR and NGR, player-facing float, payment flows and cash flow
Experience in regulated markets and working knowledge of AML and KYC, ideally under the MGA
Precision with numbers and comfort with data: you can query, check and challenge figures rather than wait for a report
Organised, process-minded approach: you document things so others can run them
Clear communication with operators, partners and auditors
Fluent English; additional languages are a plus
Experience with stablecoin payments, digital wallets or on-chain settlement
Exposure to treasury rebalancing or managing liquidity across multiple accounts and networks
Experience setting up monitoring dashboards or incident-management processes from scratch
