JP Legal is a forward-thinking law firm providing corporate, commercial, and advisory legal services to local and international clients. We combine strong legal expertise with a commercial approach and a growing focus on legal innovation and technology.

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accountant to manage day-to-day financial transactions, maintain accurate records, and support month-end close. The ideal candidate is organized, reliable, and comfortable working with accounting software and spreadsheets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Record and reconcile daily transactions, invoices, and bank statements
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
  • Support month-end and year-end close processes
  • Assist with budgeting, cash flow tracking, and expense reporting
  • Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and VAT filings
  • Support internal and external audits
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • 2+ years of accounting experience
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Odoo) and Excel
  • Strong knowledge of Lebanese tax and VAT regulations
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Fluency in Arabic and English
